00:00Finally, the stupidity of the two gunmen in an expensive bike in Quezon City.

00:05Beha Penla was caught red-handed.

00:10It's a coincidence that the two 16-year-old gunmen are walking in a pay parking lot in Barangay Bagong Buhay, Quezon City, on a Thursday afternoon.

00:19Later, they approached the bicycles parked there and it seems like someone is turning around.

00:25They were turning the chain on a bike.

00:28A child wearing a dark blue T-shirt was riding the bike while the child with the white T-shirt was walking away.

00:36But when they went out of the parking lot, the parking attendant blocked them and the parking ticket was stolen.

00:42The children thought that the parking ticket was taken by a motorcycle.

00:49They didn't know that the bicycles parked there were stolen.

00:54When they identified the owner of the bike, they tried to explain to the gunmen.

01:00And when it didn't work, they tried to escape.

01:04They were accompanied by a 15-year-old man who served as a lookout.

01:08They also went to Quezon City, Molacapo to steal.

01:12The guards arrested them and took them to the police station before turning them over to the Pag-asa House,

01:18a facility for children involved in crime.

01:21Once again, the owner of the bike, according to the police, is worth P100,000.

01:28In our interview with the security guard, there were several times when they lost their bikes.

01:35They refused to complain.

01:39We are still trying to get permission from the Pay Parking Lot Management.
