00:36According to House Deputy Minority Leader Franz Castro,

00:39due to the heavy claims of Crimes Against Humanity that Duterte is facing,

00:43he should remain in prison until he is sentenced.

00:47Here in our country, the crimes or the crimes of murder cannot be jailed or temporarily released.

00:58That is what we call Crimes Against Humanity.

01:02So, we think that he should not be released.

01:06For another member of the Makabayan Block, the young party representative Raul Manuel,
