00:30yeah as I say showcasing some of the beautiful Tassie produce, letting just mother nature sing
00:36on the plate and then accompanying it with some beautiful local Tassie wines that Nadia, my wife,
00:44is compiling the wine list to sort of really sort of yeah bring our food to light and yeah we're
00:52really excited about bringing this forward to the locals and yeah as I say we've got
01:00quite a few bookings already so it's really encouraging.
