01:29This is the third straight time that Aimee Marcos skipped an Alianza rally.
01:33She cited supposed flaws in the arrest of former President Rodrigo Duterte
01:37during a Senate hearing that she initiated.
01:42Human rights lawyer Cristina Contis says families of drug war victims
01:45are looking at pursuing legal cases against the most vile content posted online.
01:50Contis says some photos of the victims are being altered online.
01:53Duterte's supporters have labeled them as, quote,
01:56fake victims after the arrest and detention of former President Rodrigo Duterte in The Hague.
02:00Online threats have escalated and families now worry about being recognized in public.
02:05Amid the attack, social media platforms have reached out to the victims' families
02:09and expressed concern.

02:21Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney calls for a snap election on April 28,
02:25saying he needs a strong mandate to deal with the threat

02:33since Trump imposed tariffs and threatened to annex Canada.
02:36Although the next election was not due until October 20,
02:39Carney is hoping to capitalize on his party's recovery in the polls

04:34The Women's Tennis Association says Ayala is the first Filipina in the Open era
04:38to defeat a Top 10 opponent since the ranking system started in 1975.
