01:15When asked about the possible plans to drop Aimee Marcos from the Alianza slate,

01:19campaign manager Toby Tiamco says,

01:21I cannot answer that question for them.

01:23So I think, for Aimee, she should be able to answer that question, not us.

01:29This is the third straight time that Aimee Marcos skipped an Alianza rally.

01:33She cited supposed flaws in the arrest of former President Rodrigo Duterte

01:37during a Senate hearing that she initiated.

01:42Human rights lawyer Cristina Contis says families of drug war victims

01:45are looking at pursuing legal cases against the most vile content posted online.

01:50Contis says some photos of the victims are being altered online.

01:53Duterte's supporters have labeled them as, quote,

01:56fake victims after the arrest and detention of former President Rodrigo Duterte in The Hague.

02:00Online threats have escalated and families now worry about being recognized in public.

02:05Amid the attack, social media platforms have reached out to the victims' families

02:09and expressed concern.

02:11Contis says, quote,

02:12We're thankful that MEDA has reached out,

02:14and on their part, they will also look into the community standards

02:17and whatever they could do on their end.

02:21Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney calls for a snap election on April 28,

02:25saying he needs a strong mandate to deal with the threat

02:28posed by United States President Donald Trump.

02:30Relations between the two North American nations have soured

02:33since Trump imposed tariffs and threatened to annex Canada.

02:36Although the next election was not due until October 20,

02:39Carney is hoping to capitalize on his party's recovery in the polls

02:43as public concern over Trump's actions shifted the election focus

02:46towards leadership rather than change.

02:49Carney says, quote,

02:51President Trump claims that Canada isn't a real country.

02:54He wants to break us so America can own us.

02:56We will not let that happen.

02:58The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Carney's remarks.

03:08captured the liberal leadership on March 14

03:11by persuading party members he was the best person to tackle Trump.

03:15Pope Francis returns to the Vatican after spending five weeks battling double pneumonia

03:20that became the most serious health crisis of his 12-year papacy.

03:23The 88-year-old pontiff made his first public appearance on Sunday

03:27before being discharged from Rome's Gemelli Hospital.

03:30The pope, who has been receiving oxygen throughout his hospital stay,

03:34was breathing on his own during the appearance.

03:36The car that brought the pope to the Vatican took a detour

03:39to take flowers to the Basilica of St. Mary Major,

04:08The 19-year-old Filipina player went up to a 4-2 lead to start the match

04:13but Keys fought back, winning the next two games to tie the score.

04:16Ayala regained the advantage in the following game

04:19then broke Keys' serve to win the first set

04:21as Keys made several mistakes at crucial points.

04:24Ayala maintained her momentum, breaking Keys in the sixth and eighth games

04:28of the second set to win the match.

04:30The win marks Ayala's first victory over a Top 10 player.

04:34The Women's Tennis Association says Ayala is the first Filipina in the Open era

04:38to defeat a Top 10 opponent since the ranking system started in 1975.

04:43Ayala previously won over World No. 25 and 2017 French Open champion Yelena Ostempenko

04:49sparking her remarkable surge against the top players.
