00:00This is probably not your typical house tour,
00:02because over the last five years,
00:03I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars
00:05making my parents their dream house.
00:07But from outside, it's just a completely ordinary home.
00:09So welcome to the house tour.
00:11I'm gonna show you guys my favorite parts
00:12and my biggest regrets, how much every room costs.
00:15And at the end, I'm gonna get the house appraised
00:17to answer my biggest question.
00:18Would my parents sell the house?
00:20Mom, dad, would you sell your house
00:22if I told you it was worth a million dollars?
00:26No.
00:27By the way, big thanks to KiwiCo

00:33So let's start with the entrance.
00:34As you can see, you might think I might be
00:36a little bit narcissistic with this painting up here,
00:38but this is actually just to distract you
00:40from what I'm actually hiding behind this painting.
00:42Behind it is a secret entrance inside the closet.
00:46But I actually have a different entrance
00:48to get inside the closet, too.
00:49If you come around the corner,
00:51there's a shoe rack right here.
00:52And it may just look like an ordinary shoe rack,
00:54but it's another secret door
00:56that I could control using my foot.
00:59Hey Siri, open the closet.
01:05It's pretty cool.
01:06If you guys are interested in this secret door,
01:07you guys can get it from murphydoors.com,
01:09and I actually have a coupon code for it,
01:10so if you use FrenchFries10, you get 10% off.
01:13I know this secret room feels very cramped and small,
01:15but this is actually a fake wall.
01:17In fact, if you use this remote control,
01:19you can actually open this TV,
01:21and this is where I hold all my valuable stuff inside.
01:24I'm not too sure how I feel about this.
01:26It is very cramped and hard to get in,

01:46In fact, it's behind this painting.
01:48If I remove it, there is a vault within it.
01:51And what's really cool about it

01:54which means just with a fingerprint,
01:56I can just open it up and, oh.

14:23It's supposed to work with Sierra and Alexa
14:25and I just completely unplugged it
14:27because it doesn't work half the time.
14:29But what's really cool about this
14:30is if I just press this button,
14:35it turns on and within 10 seconds,
14:37it just gets up to temperature and it's perfect.
14:39It's such a luxurious feature to have
14:41and it's literally overkill,
14:42but it just makes showering so, so pretty nice.
14:45Dad, what do you think about the bathroom?
14:47Which one?
14:48This bathroom.
14:49It's nice.
14:49What's your favorite part about it?
14:51The toilet.
14:52The toilet, why?
14:52Because-
14:53You like the bidet?
14:55You like to get your butt wet?
14:59That's your favorite part of the bathroom?
15:11Now, before I show you guys my room,
15:12which is possibly the craziest thing I've ever done,
15:15I'm gonna show you my sister's room.
15:16It's pretty cool.
15:21I originally repainted it,
15:23then I turned it into a chocolate room
15:24and then finally I wanted to turn it into this.
15:26But yeah, when it comes to the room,
15:27I try to make this feel like pretty cool, you know?
15:29Floating bed, cool statement piece,
15:313D panels, I feel like it adds a little bit of depth.
15:34I put these barn doors here
15:35because before it was just like those basic
15:37like sliding drawers that you get in a house.
15:39And then I want to make a big desk
15:40because my sister loves playing Roblox
15:42and video games and stuff, so.
15:43You could have said everything like school.
15:45No, no, no, no.
15:46But no, you had to say Roblox.
15:47It's Roblox.
15:48She spends all of her money on Roblox.
15:50That's all it is.
15:51Should I be going through all of her other stuff?
15:52I'm gonna be the big bro.
15:54I'm gonna see what she's up to.
15:55Okay, that looks clean.
15:56Oh.
15:57Oh my gosh!
15:59What the heck?
16:01Oh my gosh, talking about what?
16:04How does she have so many?
16:07I did not expect seeing that.
16:09I know I'm going through my sister's stuff right now.
16:11I shouldn't be doing this, but like,
16:12how much money is this?
16:1450, 25, 180, 230, 400, 495.
16:19She has 495 plus all these things
16:22that could literally be like another 500 bucks.
16:25Bro, she got more Robux than you pay me.
16:27Dude.
16:30Now stop it, bro.
16:37Okay, so now for arguably the most expensive
16:39and the best part of the house.
16:41My room.
16:49Me and Albert spent over 2,300 hours
16:52over five months literally making this room
16:53into what it is.
16:54And between everything we spent on the materials
16:56and our labor, you could arguably say
16:58this cost over $100,000 to make.
17:01Yeah, we just made everything custom.
17:03Like these LEDs on the ceiling,
17:05this acoustic wall with LEDs inside,
17:07floors with LEDs inside them,
17:09and we designed LEDs inside the doors themselves.
17:12In fact, in here, this is something
17:13I haven't really shown on the videos,
17:14but when I first quit my job at my dad's cafe,
17:17I bought myself this little Tissot watch.
17:19It's a silver watch.
17:20It was the same time we hit about 100,000 subscribers.
17:22And recently, when we hit a million subscribers,
17:25I got a bit more into watches
17:27and wanted to treat myself to this Omega.
17:30This was just kind of celebrating a moment in my life
17:32where I was like, oh shoot, you know, we made it on YouTube.
17:35As for the rest of the room,
17:36we got our Millie play button there, our 100K.
17:38And then over here, we have our desk.
17:40This is the setup.
17:41This is where I game.
17:42What's really cool about this desk
17:43is right now it has like this Oreo vibe in it,
17:45but with the LEDs, I can make it look like lava.
17:47Like I got inspired when I saw it on YouTube.
17:50It costs a lot of money.
17:52Now over here, we got our shelves right here.
17:54This is where I hold all my memorables,
17:56all my memorabilia.
17:57Like over here, this is my first camera I ever bought.
17:59It's a Canon T6i.
18:00This is what kind of started like my YouTube thing.
18:02And then I got this root beer bottle
18:03from a time where I actually got my first viral video.
18:06I went on a road trip with my parents to the Grand Canyon,
18:09and I made a video about making my own fidget spinner.
18:12I think I'm addicted.
18:14And it was my first video that got a million views.
18:16So yeah.
18:18Everything here kind of just marks a point in my life
18:20or a point in my career
18:21when I started doing YouTube about 10 years ago.
18:23And it's just kind of cool to like look back at it.
18:26Originally my room, the bed used to be in the corner.
18:28I wanted to put the bed in this direction.
18:31The only issue is I couldn't have a TV in front of it.
18:33So we designed a bed frame
18:35that not only looks like it's floating,
18:36but we put a motorized TV lift
18:39that opens up with this remote.
18:43It's so freaking cool.
18:44The only thing that sucks about having this
18:46is by closing and opening it,
18:48you cannot have anything in the way here.
18:49You can just see the TV just trying to like close.
18:51So I have to move this out of the way.
18:53And if it's not perfectly against here,
18:56then yeah, it's like, it's cutting it close.
19:06Now, considering I spent so much money
19:08on making my parents their dream house,
19:10I had to know how much value I actually added to it.
19:12So I hired a house appraiser to tell me just that.
19:14He went through every single room
19:16and tried to get an estimate
19:17of what the entire house is worth.
19:18And he was also shocked from what he saw.
19:20That I have not even seen in multi-million dollar homes.
19:23Really?
19:26Oh, how's it going?
19:27All right, you ready for the big reveal?
19:29Yes.
19:30So I guess the question is how much is a house
19:32like this worth without any upgrades to begin with?
19:37430,000.
19:39Okay, that's crazy.
19:40That means that my parents' house
19:41literally doubled since they bought it.
19:42Oh yeah, just based off that.
19:44Just based off that.
19:45Yeah, yeah.
19:46But your house, after all your work you've done on it,
19:50here.
19:52Two million.
19:55It's right there, $600,000.
19:58No way!
20:00$600,000?
20:02Is that good or bad?
20:05That's, well like, that's way more than I thought.
20:08That's literally triple the price
20:09my parents bought the house for.
20:11They're not gonna believe that.
20:13I hope they don't sell the house.
20:14Mom, Dad, would you sell your house
20:16if I told you it was worth a million dollars?
20:20No.
20:21Anyway, we don't want to sell the house, so.
20:23Okay, I was just making sure.
20:25I actually got the house appraised
20:26and it's worth $600,000.
20:29Ah, quand même.
20:30Ah, very surprised, are you sure?
20:32Yeah, I'm very surprised too.
20:34Do you realize how much I spent on your house today?
20:35I know, I know you spent probably $150,000.
20:37No, the kitchen and the bathroom.
20:38No, maybe more because you spent
20:40already $120,000 for the kitchen.
20:42So maybe you spent like around $200,000 on the house.
20:46Now that was a pretty good guess,
20:48but in reality, I spent over $300,000
20:51on making all these renovations.
20:52And if we count for all the production costs,
20:54it costs over half a million dollars to make these videos.
20:57But I was able to do something cool for my parents
20:59and you know, if I didn't spend all the money
21:01into each video, then none of this
21:03would have even ever happened.
21:04So if you guys want to see me, you know,
21:06get a house of my own one day,
21:08then make sure to subscribe and yeah, I love you guys.
21:13Nah.
21:14No, you fucking kissed that shit.
21:16That was crazy.
21:17I hit the nose, I hit the nose.
