नई दिल्ली: आज World Tuberculosis Day यानी विश्व क्षय रोग दिवस है। हर साल 24 मार्च को यह महत्वपूर्ण दिवस मनाया जाता है। इसका मकसद लोगों को टीबी की रोकथाम और इलाज के प्रति जागरूक करना है। जाहिर है कि टीबी एक गंभीर बीमारी है, लेकिन टीबी लाइलाज नहीं है। अगर समय पर इसका इलाज किया जाता है, तो इस बीमारी से पूरी तरह से निजात पाई जा सकती है। विश्व क्षय रोग दिवस-2025 की थीम "Yes! We Can End TB: Commit, Invest, Deliver"है। इसका मतलब है कि अगर सभी मिलकर प्रयास करें, तो टीबी को हराया जा सकता है। वैश्विक स्तर पर वर्ष 2030 तक टीबी उन्मूलन का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है, लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में केंद्र सरकार ने वर्ष 2025 तक भारत को टीबी मुक्त करने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया है और इस दिशा में तेजी से कार्य किया जा रहा है।

01:52On 7th December 2024, the Indian government started the 100-day TB prevention campaign.
01:5933 states and central governments in 347 districts of India were involved in this campaign.
02:11TB prevention and treatment was also carried out on a global scale.
02:17Due to these campaigns, the rate of TB in India has doubled from 8.3% in 2015 to 17.7% today.
02:30Which is far ahead of global medicine.
02:33In the last 10 years, the number of deaths due to TB in India has also decreased by 21.4%.
02:40In the meantime, the rate of TB in India has increased from 53% to 85%.
