00:00Today, in the nursing profession, trust is needed.
00:10Trust in the extraordinary professionalism of these women and men
00:15who have made a huge growth in terms of skills,
00:20in terms of their professional ability,
00:23in terms of their managerial ability,
00:25in terms of being able to adapt to the change in health,
00:29in terms of technical and scientific innovation.
00:31These women and men can really be a very important tool
00:36for a new health, for a more and more capable model
00:40of adhering to the needs of the territory
00:42and also rethink the organization of professions,
00:45which I myself have disciplined in an increasingly interdisciplinary way,
00:49based on skills.
00:51To do this, obviously, we must all focus on human capital,
00:55which also means adequately remunerating this profession,
00:59making it more attractive and, at the same time,
01:02also giving a professional career quality to the girls and boys
01:06who want to undertake this path,
01:08which is, first of all, a great vocational path.
