00:08The Russian court reported that they have found enough evidence to condemn the Ukrainian
00:13soldiers to long prison terms, and they have started criminal cases against 92 other members
00:18of the Ukrainian army.
00:20According to the committee, eight Ukrainian brigade commanders have been charged with
00:25rebellion for the Kursk attacks.
00:27The committee is also undertaking a criminal investigation on foreign mercenaries in the
00:33region, coming from such countries as Colombia, Denmark, Georgia, Paraguay, Peru, the United
00:38Kingdom, among others.
00:49An U.S. special envoy for the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, stated that Kiev agreed to
00:53hold elections in Ukraine.
00:55In an interview with U.S. journalist Tucker Carlson, the U.S. envoy said that Kiev agreed
01:01to hold elections.
01:02Witkoff also added that President Vladimir Zelensky agreed that Ukraine would not become
01:08a member of NATO.
01:10On March 18, the presidents of the United States and Russia held a telephone conversation
01:14on numerous issues, with an emphasis on the settlement of the crisis in Ukraine.
01:18In that framework, Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin agreed on a ceasefire against the energy
01:23infrastructures of the parties to the conflict for 30 days, as well as the start of technical
01:27negotiations for a maritime ceasefire in the Black Sea.
01:31Kiev also indicated that it would support the proposal to end attacks on energy infrastructure.
