02:28And they created an executive branch, a legislative branch, and a judiciary. And every day,
02:35Trump is trying to take power away from the Congress.
02:44He is trying to take power away from the judiciary.
02:50Unbelievably, when a court makes a decision, you can agree with it, you can disagree with it.
03:00Most of us thought that Citizens United decision was a horrible decision.
03:09Most of us thought that the decision to override Roe v. Wade was a terrible decision.
03:19But in our form of government, you don't impeach judges for writing a decision you disagree with.
03:29In our form of government, unless you are a coward,
03:37you don't sue the media because they report on things you don't like.
03:49You don't sue the Des Moines Register because they did a poll whose results you don't like.
03:59In a democratic society, we understand that criticism and debate is what makes this country
04:10great. And unless you are a coward, like Trump is, you welcome that debate and that discussion.
