00:23The intoxication of pride, arrogance and power makes a man so blind that he forgets his own status.
00:31The story of such an ungrateful and arrogant man, who came under the influence of power and said,
00:38I will demolish the house of the Kaaba, which is the house of the Creator of this universe.
00:49I will demolish it.
00:51That arrogant man was the king of Yemen, Abraha.
00:56Who had built a very large worship hall in the city of Sana'a.
01:03And his desire was that people from all over the world come to visit that house.
01:08Especially the Arabs who circumambulate the house of Allah.
01:12And worship in the house of Allah.
01:15Come to Sana'a and destroy your creed in my worship hall.
01:22The Quraish did not like this.
01:25And they refused to circumambulate Abraha's worship hall.
01:30And coincidentally, in those days, there was a fire in Abraha's worship hall.
01:35Because of which there was a great uproar.
01:37And they swore that they would destroy the Kaaba.
01:42Abraha formed a very large army.
01:46In which there were not only soldiers and warriors, but also very powerful elephants.
01:52And Abraha himself commanded that army.
01:58In the Holy Qur'an, this army has been mentioned in the name of Ashab-e-Feel.
02:03That is, the elephant army.
02:06Abraha first ascended on the people of Mecca.
02:10And took their wealth, cattle and camels under his control.
02:14Among these camels were the camels of Hazrat Abdul Muttalib.
02:22Hazrat Abdul Muttalib went to Abraha and asked for his camels.
02:28Abraha was very surprised to hear this.
02:30And he said to Abdul Muttalib,
02:32I have come to the Kaaba to destroy your holy worship hall.
02:38And you are only asking me for your camels.
02:42He replied, I am the owner of my camels.
02:46That is why I am only asking for my camels.
02:49And as far as the Kaaba is concerned,
02:53The owner of this house will protect it himself.
02:58Hearing this, Abraha returned Abdul Muttalib's camels.
03:04Hazrat Abdul Muttalib took his camels and went to the Quraish.
03:08And told them to guard the valleys and peaks of the mountains.
03:14And Hazrat Abdul Muttalib himself held the door of the Kaaba.
03:18And cried in the presence of Allah,
03:21And prayed for the protection of the Kaaba.
03:24And after getting rid of the prayer,
03:27With full conviction, he himself climbed the peak of the mountains.
03:31The next morning, Abraha ordered his army to attack the Kaaba.
03:38And the elephants marched.
03:40But the biggest elephant, the most powerful one,
03:45Did not reach the Kaaba.
03:47He tried a lot, but he could not even reach it.
03:52In the meantime, Allah sent a group of birds towards the sea.
03:58Each bird had three pebbles.
04:01Two in the wings and one in the beak.
04:04And who were these birds?
04:06Ababeel.
04:08The group of birds attacked Abraha's army.
04:13And those pebbles, although they were very small,
04:17But they were more dangerous than a bullet.
04:21The pebbles would fall on the elephants.
04:24The pebbles would pierce their heads and pierce their bodies.
04:28And then, the pebbles would come out of their bodies,
04:31Tearing the body of the elephants and falling on the ground.
04:35In this way, Abraha's entire army was destroyed.
04:39The person who with pride and arrogance,
04:42Went to destroy the Kaaba,
04:45After being caught in the wrath of Allah,
04:47He himself was humiliated and destroyed.
04:50The Lord of the worlds mentioned this incident in Surah Al-Feel.
04:55Surah Al-Feel, Parah number 30.
04:57In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
04:59Did you not see how your Lord dealt with the companions of the Elephant?
05:03Did He not put them in a state of misguidance?
05:06And sent against them a group of birds, Ababeel.
05:09He threw stones of clay at them,
05:14And made them like a made-up stone.
05:17I start with the name of Allah,
05:20Who is the Most Merciful.
05:23Did you not see how your Lord dealt with the companions of the Elephant?
05:29Did He not put them in a state of misguidance?
05:34And sent against them a group of birds, Ababeel.
05:38He threw stones of clay at them,
05:42And made them like a made-up stone.
