00:00The light of the believers' hearts is the glory of Ramadhan
00:15In the name of Allah, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.
00:17Peace and blessings of Allah be upon His Beloved, the most Beneficent, the most Merciful.
00:22Ladies and gentlemen, this special segment of Islah-e-Muhashara is brought to you from the Lahore studios of ARYQ TV.
00:27And I am your host, Dr. Sarwar Hussain Naqshbandi.
00:31We are talking about a lot of topics and today is the third Ashram of Ramadan Mubarak.
00:38And today, hundreds of thousands of children of the Oneness of God will sit on Itikaf
00:43and will try to seek the pleasure of their Lord.
00:48And this last Ashram in which Laylat-ul-Qadr has been kept, its beginning is happening today.
00:53Laylat-ul-Qadr has been ordered to be searched every night.
00:58And the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
01:01in the first two Ashrams of Ramadan Mubarak, obviously, the matters were different from the other days.
01:07But in the last Ashram, especially, he would tighten his back more
01:12and would give special teachings to his family and companions.
01:16And the wisdom of this is that, it is a human nature,
01:21that when a person starts doing a task continuously,
01:24then on one occasion, his importance starts diminishing.
01:28So, according to the human nature, Allah Almighty, in the last Ashram of Ramadan Mubarak,
01:33has given the order to search for Laylat-ul-Qadr by using all that energy in a new way.
01:38And it has been kept in the last Ashram.
01:41So, Allah Almighty, that blessed night has been called better than a thousand months.
01:46May Allah Almighty grant us that.
01:48Let's start with two brief hadiths of the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.
01:55And I have also said that in the context of the reformation of the society,
01:59I have selected some of the hadiths which are being presented to you in this program.
02:04The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
02:07اِرْحَمُوا تُرْحَمُوا وَاقْفِرُوا يَغْفِرُوا اللَّهُ لَكُمْ
02:12The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
02:15Have mercy on the creation, and Allah will have mercy on you.
02:20And forgive the people, and Allah will grant you the reward of forgiveness.
02:27Then the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
02:36اَلْعَنَاةُ مِنَ اللَّهِ وَالْعَجَلَةُ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ
02:41The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
02:42مَعْنَا رَبِي وَتَوَازُنْ يَهْيَ اللَّهِ كِتَرَفْسِهِ
02:45And to hasten is from Satan.
02:49The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
02:56This quality is bestowed upon man by Allah.
03:00And to hasten is from Satan.
03:07The Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
03:12I would like to introduce you to my guests.
03:14We are going to talk about justice.
03:16Justice has always been a necessity in every society.
03:19It is still a necessity.
03:22And if justice is established,
03:26then the fundamental part of all social corruption
03:32will be established in a positive way.
03:37If justice is established.
03:40Please welcome Dr. Faizullah Baghdadi and Dr. Azhar Ali Abbasi.
03:50Thank you very much for your hospitality.
03:55Please welcome Mr. Mohammad Mohsin Raza Mureed.
03:59We would like to hear from him.
04:10Keep me at the door.
04:29Keep me at the door.
04:51Keep me at the door.
05:16Keep me at the door.
05:32Then what is the Sultan etc. in front of me?
05:49Then what is the Sultan etc. in front of me?
06:06Keep me at the door.
06:15Keep me at the door.
06:26Keep me at the door.
06:50It is such a pure breath.
06:58It is such a pure breath.
07:13Keep me at the door.
07:37I want to become
07:41so that
07:48the city of Madinah remains.
07:55I want to become
07:59so that the city of Madinah remains.
08:10I want to become
08:16not a guest etc.
08:27What to say?
08:28Subhanallah, Subhanallah.
08:29Very beautiful.
08:30Mashallah.
08:31You have given the speech.
08:32Sultan Mehmood Sahib,
08:33our friend and a very good poet.
08:35You have presented his poetry.
08:38Dr. Sahib, let's start the discussion.
08:40First of all, we try to understand the importance of justice and fairness
08:43in the Quran and Sunnah.
08:46What are the commandments in this regard?
08:48What is the importance of this?
08:50Thank you very much, Dr. Sahib.
08:53As always, today's program is very relevant to the reform of society.
09:00Because justice and fairness,
09:02if we say it is the soul of any society,
09:07then it will not be wrong.
09:09And if we remove justice and fairness from any society,
09:13then that society becomes like a body without a soul.
09:18It becomes dead.
09:20And in view of its importance,
09:22Allah the Almighty has commanded about it in many holy verses.
09:27And the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
09:31has highlighted the importance of justice and fairness in many of his hadiths.
09:36If we come to the Quran,
09:38then Allah the Almighty has said,
09:40Allah the Almighty has said,
09:56No doubt Allah the Almighty commands you to be just,
10:00to be kind,
10:02and to give to close relatives.
10:05And He forbids you from immorality,
10:08from evil,
10:09and from rebellion.
10:11And He advises you so that you may learn a lesson.
10:15So from here we come to know that justice is the commandment of God.
10:20And any commandment of God is not without wisdom.
10:24And in carrying out the commandment of God,
10:27there is goodness and goodness.
10:29And in violating it,
10:31there is humiliation and disgrace.
10:34Similarly, the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
10:37said,
10:45O Beloved, if you decide between them,
10:49then decide with justice and fairness.
10:52Here he means the disbelievers and polytheists of Mecca.
10:56If they also come to you to take a decision in any matter,
11:00then even with the enemies,
11:02what you have to decide should be based on justice and fairness.
11:05And furthermore, Allah the Almighty likes those who do justice and fairness.
11:11So those who do justice and fairness are counted among the beloved servants of Allah.
11:17Similarly, another disbeliever said,
11:20Allah Akbar.
11:29That you should not be enmity with any nation
11:32because you do not do justice and fairness with them.
11:35Here it is being said that even if your enemies are personal enemies,
11:40if you want to deal with them,
11:42you have to do justice and fairness.
11:44Absolutely right.
11:45And next, the one who said,
11:48Subhanallah.
11:49Do justice and fairness.
11:50This is very close to Taqwa.
11:52Here, the proximity of justice and fairness
11:56and their necessity is being described.
11:59As if justice will be done by the one who is righteous.
12:02Right.
12:03And the one who has no fear of Allah,
12:05no Taqwa,
12:06no fear,
12:07then to expect justice from him is also useless.
12:11Absolutely right.
12:12Sorry, Doctor, I am interrupting you.
12:15It is time for a break.
12:16The audience is small and will be with us.
12:18We will be back and then we will talk about
12:20when we have to go in the light of the Qur'an,
12:23when we wake up,
12:24then what problems arise in the society.
12:27We will talk about that after a short break.
12:45We will talk about justice and fairness in the society.
12:48In the first part, we talked about
12:50the importance of justice and fairness
12:52in the light of the Qur'an and Hadith.
12:54And we have joined us,
12:55Professor Mustafiz Ahmed Naqshbandi
12:57from Astana Aliya Sharif.
12:59Welcome, Sir.
13:00Thank you very much.
13:01Thank you very much.
13:16We are here for you.
13:17Dr. Azhar Ali Abbasi,
13:19when we talked in the first part,
13:22the Qur'an said that it is near to righteousness
13:25that you should work with justice and fairness.
13:27And it was commanded to do justice and fairness.
13:29And when we do not do this,
13:31then what are the consequences of this
13:33on the society and how do its effects
13:35affect the society?
13:37In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
13:39First of all, thank you very much, Dr.
13:41Azhar.
13:42Your topic for today in Islah-e-Muashara
13:44is also very beautiful.
13:46I would like to talk about those issues
13:50that if there is no justice in a society,
13:53then what are the problems, diseases
13:56and what are the problems that arise.
13:59Before talking about them,
14:01when we talk about justice and fairness,
14:06it is said that
14:09that the status of something
14:12and keeping it there is called justice.
14:16This means that if we replace or remove
14:20that thing from there,
14:23then it becomes injustice.
14:26Now, the question that you asked
14:29that if there is no justice,
14:31then what are the problems
14:33and what are the problems
14:35that the society faces.
14:37This is a very long list
14:39and a whole channel
14:41that starts with lawlessness.
14:44That where there is no justice,
14:47it means that injustice has taken birth.
14:50And this is the first stage,
14:52the first fundamental point
14:54that when injustice is created in the society,
14:57then another problem arises from there
15:00and we call that corruption.
15:03Now, the first problem was lawlessness.
15:06Along with that, the second problem
15:09was corruption.
15:12And when it is not stopped,
15:15then because of this injustice,
15:18the third problem that arises
15:21is exploitation.
15:24And when it is not stopped,
15:27then the last stage comes along with it
15:30and it is called corruption.
15:33And Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala
15:35has said in the Holy Qur'an
15:37that you do not search for corruption
15:40in the earth.
15:42So when there is no justice in a society,
15:45then in that society,
15:47only corruption remains.
15:50In that, some kind of peace,
15:53brotherhood, brotherhood,
15:55all these relations and morals
15:58end in that society.
16:00Right, right, absolutely right.
16:02Professor Mian Mustafeed Ahmed Naqshbandi sahab,
16:05the condemnation of injustice
16:07is in the Holy Qur'an and Hadith.
16:09It is obvious that on the one hand,
16:11there should be justice and justice
16:13for those who have been wronged.
16:15But the condemnation of being wronged
16:17is also in the Holy Qur'an and Hadith.
16:20It has come in a very good way.
16:22We have been taught this.
16:24What do you say about this?
16:26Thank you very much, Dr. Sahib.
16:28It is a very beautiful topic.
16:30And I think that if it is called the root
16:33of social evil,
16:35then it will be absolutely correct.
16:37And the injustice is a very complex term
16:41in the Shariah of Islam.
16:44That is, it does not have a special form.
16:47Rather, it is a state.
16:49Right.
16:50And from a person's personal life
16:53to his collective life,
16:55it is present in everything.
16:57Right.
16:58So if you look at that state,
17:00that balance,
17:01that is, the term used by the Qur'an
17:03in the face of injustice is justice.
17:06And justice is a bigger term than justice.
17:09If justice is said to be
17:11equally distributed,
17:13but justice is a bigger and more complex term
17:16in such a way that
17:18those conditions are seen in justice
17:21Right.
17:45Right.
17:51Hmm.
18:09Right.
