00:08That's Daksh Sethi, an Indigo passenger who shared this video on 18th March 2025.
00:13The video showed him along with two other passengers on a Delhi-to-Lucknow-bound flight.
00:17Not a good feeling at all.
00:18It was like a feeling of free fall in a flying aircraft which is just taking off.
00:22Not a good feeling at all.
00:24This was like a mini heart attack.
00:27Sethi went on to explain that he never experienced something like this before, even in the worst
00:31turbulent weather.
00:32And then we soon realised that the seats are loose, it's literally moving on a single nut.
00:36Somebody sitting on the other side of the aisle made a video and it happened again.
00:39And then the crew politely, you know, they shifted us to the back.
00:45After that, there was no problem at all.
00:47After landing, we found out that the whole seat is moving backwards.
00:52Indigo acknowledged the issue and apologised for the inconvenience while they investigated
00:56the matter.
00:57While Sethi appreciated the crew's quick response, he pointed out the serious safety and maintenance
01:01issues that could have been more dangerous for elderly passengers or those with medical
01:05conditions.
01:06FYI, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation requires checks to be performed according
01:11to the aircraft's flight manual before each flight.
