00:00Hi, Fredosa Stover with Fox News Channel.
00:02Have you spoken with the Maryland Governor, Wes Moore, about the challenges with MDTA?
00:10Have I spoken with Governor Wes Moore about the challenges with MDTA?
00:16We, our investigative team, has worked well with MDTA throughout the investigation.
00:21They have gotten a lot of information from them.
00:28They didn't have the information to provide.
00:30So it wasn't that they were withholding the information, but they didn't have the data
00:37that needed to go into that calculation.
00:41Why that is, is another issue.
00:42They should have had that data.
00:44We did the work.
00:46But they have worked well with our team.
00:48Yes, sir, and then I'll go over here.
00:51Do you know if they have changed any of their data collection systems, and if they even
00:59have the data to have a full risk assessment for the Bay Bridge at this point?
01:06Does MDTA have the data to do a full risk assessment of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge?
01:12They've certainly had enough notice to go ahead and get that data together.
01:16This is part of our recommendations where we are asking, urging Federal Highway Administration,
01:24the U.S. Coast Guard, and others to work with the states to help them do that.
01:29So hopefully they'll be able to take action, but this is a great question for MDTA on what
01:35they do have available for the Chesapeake Bay.
