First lady, PRC turn over humanitarian ship to PCG   First lady Liza Araneta Marcos leads the turnover ceremony of the MV Amazing Grace by the Philippine Red Cross to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) at the South Harbor, Manila on March 18, 2025. With the first lady were PRC Chairman Richard Gordon and PRC staff. 01:38There are heavy cargo that we cannot carry by air.

01:43So we are an archipelagic and maritime country.

01:46So having this kind of logistic ship is indispensable to us.

01:51For our other operations, it also has a lot of potential.

01:57Because it is a logistic ship.

02:02This ship can be beached.

02:05If you go to the beach and lower the ramp, all the equipment will come out.

02:11So as the hospital ship said, we could bring an entire hospital and put it on the beach.
