00:00An insiding to sedition complaint was filed by a police officer who vlogged about his appearance in the PNP while wearing a uniform.

00:09The police said that he was triggered by the arrest of former President Rodrigo Duterte.

00:27Patroman Francis Este Fontillas was angry at the video he posted on social media.

00:32While wearing a police uniform, he spoke about principles and dignity.

00:38According to the PNP, Fontillas said that he was politically charged in his posts related to the arrest of former President Rodrigo Duterte.

00:47Fontillas filed an insiding to sedition complaint under the Cybercrime Prevention Act in the Quezon City Prosecutor's Office.

00:55There are certain limitations and extent of the use of social media especially during official time and resources.

01:02And even the use of uniform while vlogging.

01:05In my exclusive interview with Fontillas, he said that he filed an insiding to PNP related to the arrest of Duterte.

01:15I was triggered because as a police, I did not agree with what they did.

01:23I never invited my fellow countrymen because I don't have a purpose to be a countryman.

01:30The purpose of my vlog is to express my principles and dignity to the organization.

01:39Fontillas said that he is ready to face all the complaints against him.

01:44The QCPD recommended the NCRPO's Regional Director to file an insiding under the Restrictive Causity Act.

01:53PNP Chief Rommel Marbil insisted that they will not allow the reduction of public trust in the PNP

01:59and whoever is the police officer who will undermine the integrity, service, and professionalism of the PNP will face the full force of the law.
