00:00Okay, so are you excited to take on this brand?
00:04Absolutely, yeah, it's been a long time in the planning and we're very excited that Jollies
00:10is going to be part of the Morley's store group portfolio.
00:13What will Jollies be like under Morley's?
00:16Jollies will be returned back to its former glory as a premium end in a branded department
00:21store.
00:22And you're putting a bit of investment in to get the interiors turned into Morley's?
00:27Yeah, and along with our landlords actually, because unfortunately the store's going to
00:30be closed for a year because it needs a new roof and also the wiring as well needs to
00:36be replaced.
00:37So we'll get it handed over in February next year, 26, and that'll only be about half of
00:44the store.
00:45We'll start to trade then and then we'll get the other half back in October 26.
00:51When there'll be a grand reopening?
00:52There will be a grand reopening, yeah.
00:54That's when the full line of brands will be in.
00:59Obviously, House of Fraser ran into a lot of trouble.
01:02How confident are you about trading in this economy as a department store?
01:07We trade well anyway.
01:08We're a community-based store chain.
01:10We're not reliant too much on online, it's a smaller part of our business.
01:14We're actually a bricks and mortar classic retailer, but we're very customer focused
01:19and we're very service focused as well.
01:22So we provide high service, which our brand partners appreciate.
01:27Thank you so much.
01:28You're welcome.
