00:05A woman was killed after a truck rolled over in Bulan, Sorsogon.

00:18Barangay San Ramon in Bulan, Sorsogon was shocked

00:21when a woman was seen in the middle of the road

00:25after a dump truck rolled over yesterday.

00:28Rescuers arrived but she was already dead on arrival at the hospital.

00:32According to the first investigation by the police,

00:34the dump truck stopped at the construction site

00:37while the driver was taking a rest.

00:39She did not notice that the victim went under the truck

00:43and according to the PNP, she has a condition in her mind.

00:47She was playing as if she was possessed and playing under the dump truck.

00:51When she was walking and she did not notice it,

00:54she was already confused.

00:57According to the police, the truck driver surrendered to them after the incident.

01:04and the two sides have reached an agreement

01:06because nothing good happened.
