00:09Besides, the guy is from a village and is familiar with rural life.

00:13I spent most of my childhood with my grandmother in the village,

00:16so I was always very close to the agriculture.

00:19She bred goats and sheep, and I always helped her with this.

00:23I always dreamed of helping my grandmother at a more professional level,

00:26and not just bring and serve.

00:29That's why I entered this college, where my aunt also studied.

00:32Luzhosnyansky College is a smithy of agricultural personnel.

00:35Not only future farmers, but also agronomists and zootechnicians are trained here.

00:39For 115 years of work, more than 20,000 specialists received diplomas of this educational institution.

00:45The students demonstrated a high level of knowledge in the field of surgery,

00:50parasitology, epizootology and other educational subjects,

00:53which we teach to the students.

00:56The students are actively interested in learning new educational material,

00:59and the students have a great desire to consolidate theoretical knowledge in their experience.

01:05The head of the state also guides the system of education to consolidate the knowledge gained in practice.

01:11Therefore, the special pride of the college is its own farm.

01:15Sheep, rabbits, chickens, turkeys, goats live on it.

01:18Students help the workers in taking care of the animals, observe their well-being,

01:22learn to do tests, carry out vaccinations.

01:25And this, of course, is a plus of practice-oriented education.

01:29Each of them will remember how the classes were held here,

01:32what knowledge they received in practice.

01:34At the moment, training is taking place in veterinary surgery.

01:38We consider diseases of the limbs of small-horned cattle, orthopedics.

01:46To get a good education, the girl came from Kazakhstan.

01:50In Belarus, she plans to get a higher education, and then return home.

01:54Our parents have horses, and I want to help them.

01:59In the future, I am going to enter the academy, and I want to become an oncologist.

02:06There are no random people among the future vets of veterinary medicine.

02:10A personal story led everyone to the profession.

02:13I came from Russia, the city of Lipetsk.

02:15I joined a volunteer organization in my city.

02:18Thus, I was very immersed in this kind of activity, helping animals.

02:22And when choosing my future profession, I did not think for a minute and decided to become a veterinarian.

02:27The training institution, located in Luzhno, is widely known even outside the country.

02:32But there is enough work in Belarus.

02:34Applications for specialists come more than graduates every year.
