00:00In the last part of the Metro Manila Leg of the GMA Master Class Election 2025 Dapat Totoo series,

00:08we discussed a few election topics such as the power of Gen Z led by Von Aquino.

00:17This is a very important and challenging topic.

00:23It is the topic of the election of personalities

00:27in front of students from 17 universities and colleges in NCR

00:32at the end of the GMA Master Class Election 2025 Dapat Totoo series, NCR Leg.

00:38These include the problems of the election system in the Philippines

00:42that were discussed by the award-winning documentarist and GMA Integrated News Anchor, Atom Arawyo.

00:48That's why Arawyo encouraged students to exercise their rights even if it's not the time of the election.

00:54If we want to see changes, we should not stop.

00:58Let's not just rely on the election.

01:01Let's exercise our rights every day as Filipinos

01:06and let's fight for the changes that we want to see.

01:09Another award-winning documentarist and broadcast journalist, Sissanta Aguinaldo,

01:15discussed the issue of vote buying and vote selling.

01:18Don't think that this is not about you or this does not affect you.

01:23You have to vote wisely and help protect your votes

01:28because at the end of the day, what you have is what you have.

01:32Using data, GMA Integrated News Research Senior Manager, Karen Mayrina,

01:38identified the power of Gen Z voters in the election.

01:41This is the second largest number of registered voters who followed the millennials.

01:46GMA News Online Editor-at-Large, Howie Severino, highlighted the evolution of communications technology.

01:53I want to encourage everybody here to have a documentation state of mind

01:58because when you document something, you are creating receipts.

02:01You are creating evidence.

02:03This question is for all of us.

02:06Students also had the opportunity to ask the speakers.

02:10How can they choose their candidate?

02:13How do you reconcile these two expectations?
