02:45Dear viewers,
02:47it is narrated that the Prophet
02:49peace and blessings of Allah be upon him
02:51said,
02:53that if a person,
02:55who is in a position of need,
02:57who is in a position of need,
02:59who is in a position of need,
03:01who is in a position of need,
03:03then Allah Almighty
03:05will grant that person
03:07a green dress of paradise.
03:09And if a person feeds
03:11his Muslim brother,
03:13then Allah Almighty
03:15will grant him
03:17a green dress of paradise.
03:19And if a person feeds
03:21his Muslim brother,
03:23then Allah Almighty
03:25will grant him
03:27a green dress of paradise.
03:29Dear viewers,
03:31in the same way,
03:33in the blessed hadith,
03:35we see that the Prophet
03:37peace and blessings of Allah be upon him
03:39said,
03:41that the Prophet
03:43has advised people
03:45in a particular way,
03:47in a particular way,
03:49and we find the Prophet's
03:51instructions in many places,
03:53especially the Prophet said,
03:55that all the creation
03:57is the dome of Allah.
03:59That is, the person who
04:01plays his role for the creation of Allah,
04:03he presents himself
04:05for the well-being
04:07of the dome of Allah.
04:09If a person plays his role
04:11for the creation of Allah,
04:13then the Prophet said,
04:15that the person who
04:17gets involved in the works of Allah,
04:19then Allah Almighty
04:21gets involved in his works.
04:23Then his works start
04:25from the unseen,
04:27where his imagination
04:29does not go.
04:31And there is a blessed verse
04:33in the Holy Qur'an,
04:35that who among you
04:37who presents Allah with a good loan,
04:39that then Allah Almighty
04:41continues to increase
04:43his reward for him,
04:45and then for him
04:47his best reward is present
04:49and no injustice will be done to him.
04:51Dear viewers,
04:53the service of the creation
04:55is such a wide topic

05:03at this time,
05:05we are in front of you,

05:21that will continue

05:25to the end of Ramadan
05:27at the time of the arrival
05:29of the month of Ramadan.

05:35to go ahead and present
05:37your actions for your Muslim
05:39brothers and sisters,

05:45has begun in different countries
05:47of the world and in Pakistan,

05:51start from tomorrow.
05:53So now what are our responsibilities,

05:57in this regard, and how
05:59should we act for our Muslim

16:42Dear viewers, you are watching Khawaja Gharib Nawaz Welfare Trust's special telethon transmission.
16:48We are at your service with a special Ramadan appeal for the year 2025.
16:54We are requesting you to do your part for your Muslim brothers and sisters all over the world.
17:05They are waiting for your help and support.
17:08We have with us Dr. Azghar Hussain Ashrafi Sahib,
17:13Al-Maroof Mir Ji.
17:15It is a pleasure to have you here.
17:18Alhamdulillah, the month of Ramadan has arrived in many countries.
17:25Many people are going to fast.
17:28Inshallah, tomorrow people in Pakistan will be happy that we are going to fast.
17:33How should a Muslim prepare for the month of Ramadan?
17:40How should we spend the days and nights of Ramadan?
17:44What is the importance of charity in Ramadan?
17:53I seek refuge with Allah from Satan, the accursed.
17:55In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
17:57I seek refuge with Allah from Satan, the accursed.
18:10First of all, Alhamdulillah, you have given such a blessed message.
18:14I have also seen the moon of Ramadan in many countries.
18:22As far as the preparations for Ramadan are concerned,
18:30I would like to tell you that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him,
18:36used to celebrate the coming of Ramadan with great joy.
18:44This was his habit.
18:47Alhamdulillah, Khawaja Gharib Nawaz is doing a great job.
18:56But there is another reason for this.
19:02We are also preparing for Ramadan.
19:05Our sitting here is also in accordance with the Sunnah of the Prophet.
19:11We are also preparing for Ramadan.
19:14The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to celebrate the coming of Ramadan with great joy.
19:20The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to celebrate the coming of Ramadan with great joy.
19:42When a guest comes, there is a preparation for it.
19:49And the greater the guest, the greater the preparation for it.
19:56There is a kind of generosity.
19:58I have attached this to the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
20:04For example, if someone is coming from a foreign country,
20:09and until they take off and reach Pakistan,
20:15they remain restless for the one they love.
20:21And every moment, they keep checking when they are coming,
20:26where they are going, where they are going.
20:29Similarly, there are lovers who love Ramadan.
20:35They celebrate the coming of Ramadan with great joy.
20:39This is in accordance with the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
20:42There is a Hadith of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
20:46He said that for the preparation of Ramadan,
20:50Allah opens the eight doors of paradise for 11 months.
20:56And after opening those eight doors,
20:59Allah opens the eight doors of paradise
21:01and for 11 months, the preparations of the whole of paradise are being made.
21:05There is a celebration.
21:07Paradise is decorated.
21:09Just for this month,
21:11Allah opens the doors of paradise for this month.
21:15And there is a door which is called Bab-ur-Riyan.
21:18Only fasting people enter it.
21:21Only fasting people enter it.
21:24There is a door where only fasting people enter it.
21:27The Prophet of Allah used to celebrate it with great joy.
21:30There is a Hadith narrated by Hazrat Sulaiman Farsi, peace and blessings be upon him.
21:37In the last sermon,
21:39in some narrations,
21:41it was the first Friday of Ramadan,
21:44in some narrations, it was the 29th.
21:46He said in the last sermon,
21:48Allah has given you a month
21:52which is Noor-ul-Ala-Noor.
21:54Noor-ul-Ala-Noor.
21:56And He has given such a night,
21:58which is better than a thousand nights.
22:01It is better than a thousand years of nights.
22:04This night is better than a thousand nights.
22:10And in this, He has given Siyam and Qiyam.
22:13Because fasting has been made obligatory in the day,
22:17and in the night, the Nawafil have been made compulsory.
22:23And further, it is said that in this month,
22:26all the Nawafil used to change to Fardh.
22:30And Fardh is increased by 70 times.
22:3370 times it is increased.
22:36And in the middle of this,
22:38the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, says,
22:41you should also help the poor.
22:46And your coming of this month,
22:49does not mean that we are hungry.
22:53It does not mean that we have less money.
22:56It happens that a person says,
22:58I have not eaten anything today, so I have saved money.
23:00But this is such a month,
23:02the Prophet of Allah says,
23:03that when you fast in it,
23:05your pockets become wider.
23:07Allah increases your pockets.
23:11And you see,
23:13whether a person is poor or rich,
23:16whoever it is,
23:17in his pockets,
23:18in the month of Ramadan,
23:19Allah gives every blessing.
23:21Yes, Allah gives.
23:22Yes, Allah gives.
23:23Allah is capable of giving.
23:24Yes, absolutely.
23:25In our society, people are usually in trouble.
23:29Especially the society,
23:31that the one who has less income,
23:32is a day laborer,
23:33is a laborer.
23:34So believe me,
23:35for the help and support of that class,
23:38Khawaja Gharib Nawaz Welfare Trust is performing its duty.
23:41And the Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
23:44has said,
23:45that when someone feeds his Muslim brother,
23:49as long as the person is sitting at the desk,
23:52he does not even get up from the desk.
23:54Allah forgives the person who feeds him,
23:56who is taking care of his Muslim brother,
23:59who is taking care of his sick brother.
24:01Please come with us,
24:02on my right,
24:03Mr. Abdul Basit,
24:04an excellent social worker.
24:06What will you say,
24:07because you are a ground person.
24:10Yes, yes.
24:11Mashallah.
24:12And in terms of Khidmat-e-Khalq,
24:14you are well aware of the help and support of people with all those references.
24:20Yes.
24:21How do you see,
24:22when the month of Ramadan comes,
24:24how does the phase of distribution of food
24:27and how much does this need increase?
24:29And then at this time,
24:30our Khawaja Gharib Nawaz Welfare Trust
24:32is arranging a very large scale Iftar invitation.
24:35Yes, yes.
24:36Yes, yes.
24:37Where in thousands of people,
24:39Inshallah,
24:40people will also get the opportunity to do Iftar.
24:43How do you see this whole phase and what is the need?
24:46I think that Khawaja Gharib Nawaz Welfare Trust
24:49has been doing this work for years.
24:52And not only in Ramadan,
24:54but also in ordinary days,
24:55which is reaching the poor and low-class people,
24:59the whole team goes.
25:00And not only clothes,
25:01but also food,
25:02drinking,
25:03hand pumps where water is not available.
25:05So these poor people are really in need.
25:08And the Khawaja Gharib Nawaz team
25:10that goes to the areas,
25:12they actually go to such places
25:14where people are waiting
25:15for people to come like angels for us
25:18so that our problems become easier.
25:20And it's not just about eating and drinking.
25:22There are clothes in it,
25:23there are blankets,
25:24there are things to live in,
25:26mattresses, etc.
25:27These things are there.
25:28Then after that,
25:29in addition to the arrangement of food,
25:31there is an arrangement for drinking.
25:33Then there are hand pumps in many places,
25:35in many places.
25:36And it's been going on for 30 years.
25:38It's been going on for 30 years.
25:40This is a very big service of humanity.
25:42And people look towards Ramadan.
25:44Now if I talk about Ramadan,
25:46then the biggest thing about fasting,
25:48which your Huzoor said,
25:50that fasting is not just about
25:52staying hungry.
25:54Fasting is from the tongue of a person
25:56and from the actions of a person.
25:58And a person who is close to him,
26:00in the neighborhood,
26:01in his relatives,
26:02look at those who are worried.
26:04And fasting also teaches a person
26:06to take care of those people
26:08in fasting,
26:09in Ramadan,
26:10even after Ramadan.
26:11But if people keep it in Ramadan,
26:13then this is a very big service.
26:15This is what I have to say.
26:17And the second thing is that
26:19the people who wait for Ramadan,
26:21many people,
26:22you will be surprised,
26:23I go to small areas,
26:24I go to small settlements,
26:25there are such people who are
26:27waiting,
26:28two-time,
26:29one-time people who eat food,
26:31and like Khwaja Gareeb Nawaz
26:33Welfare Trust,
26:34there are other organizations,
26:36they are waiting for such people
26:38to come,
26:39and in our Ramadan,
26:40we eat some fruit,
26:41we get the effect of fruit,
26:42we get the effect of juice,
26:43we get such things,
26:44which we cannot eat in normal days.
26:46So this is a very big service.
26:48Every fasting person should think
26:50this,
26:51we think,
26:52I go to work in the morning,
26:53after fasting,
26:54and I come in the evening,
26:55and I have a good fast.
26:56And I sit with my family for Iftar,
26:57and they come,
26:58so this is not the meaning of fasting.
26:59Fasting means,
27:00your whole body,
27:01is responsible for fasting,
27:03and your tongue,
27:04your actions,
27:05your actions,
27:06what you do with your people,
27:08in the office,
27:09and if you do not control your anger,
27:11and if you say something to someone
27:13in anger,
27:14then this is not fasting.
27:16Yes,
27:17we have a lot of issues
27:18of intolerance,
27:19especially,
27:20before the fast opens,
27:21which we have here,
27:22these things,
27:23if you look at our Nazm-e-Zab,
27:26if you look at our Nazm-e-Zab,
27:28it is said that,
27:29fasting is patience,
27:30and this is a training,
27:31for the believers,
27:32Allah has given people,
27:33blessings,
27:34so they are hungry,
27:35and they take care,
27:36of those who are hungry,
27:37Allah has given you,
27:38all the blessings,
27:39He has filled you,
27:40with all the things,
27:41but when you,
27:42from the call of Fajr,
27:43to the call of Maghrib,
27:44there is a beautiful thing,
27:45that see,
27:46Ramadhan,
27:47is a month,
27:48which is a month,
27:49which is a month,
27:50which is a month,
27:51which is a month,
27:52which is a month,
27:53which is a month,
27:54which is a month,
27:55see,
27:56when Ramadhan comes,
27:57it is a training,
27:58for the believers,
27:59you see,
28:00it is a training,
28:01now the training,
28:02which is going on,
28:03by Allah,
28:04if people are included,
28:05in this training,
28:06you see in the mosques,
28:07spring comes,
28:08you see on the roads,
28:09spring comes,
28:10when the training,
28:11is going on,
28:12so in that,
28:13if thousands of people,
28:14from Allah,
28:15for Deen,
28:16or for Salah,
28:17or for Taqwa,
28:18come,
28:19so by Allah,
28:20there are some people,
28:21who Allah,
28:22will give them,
28:23steadfastness,
28:24Allah,
28:25will give them more steadfastness,
28:26Allah,
28:27thanks to Allah,
28:28what you are doing,
28:29that training,
28:30will be successful,
28:31that training,
28:32for those poor people,
28:33that you stay hungry,
28:34and make them realize,
28:35what hunger is,
28:36yes,
28:37what thirst is,
28:38they will be regarded,
28:39what thirst is,
28:40that class of society,
28:41who spends their entire year,
28:42under the line of poverty,
28:43who spends their entire life,
28:44those who see deprivation,
28:45throughout the year,
28:46people,
28:47in their homes,
28:48of food,
28:49and their supplies,
28:50at that moment in time,
28:51they are able,
28:52to get,
28:53are not 100% sure about this phase.
28:57The families who are deprived of buying meat for the whole year,
29:01for them, Ramadan Mubarak is a great gift from Allah.
29:06But, dear viewers, they also face a mental test there.
29:10There, small children look towards their father with great hope
29:15that when Ramadan is here,
29:17and we are about to enter the fast,
29:20this is the time to offer the first fast to Allah.
29:23There are many such families in our society
29:27where the children of the family,
29:30the elders of the family, the wives of the family,
29:34the people of the family,
29:36they look towards the man of the family
29:40and look to him with great hope that he will play his role.
29:44And when that man enters the house empty-handed,
29:47believe me, he dies before he dies.
29:50Believe me, when a person is unable to fulfill his needs of his family,
29:56he feels his whole life is a dark path
29:59where there is nothing in front of him
30:02except that he has placed his hope in Allah,
30:05with the support of the hope of Allah.
30:07He prays that may Allah give such an institution
30:10to perform such a task for us,
30:13to play such a role in our lives
30:17that it is a great opportunity for us to help and support each other.
30:23We are seeing that there is a rush of super stores in the markets.
30:28We are all preparing for our families.
30:31We are preparing and buying groceries.
30:34And we are storing them in our homes so much
30:38that when those things will be available in our homes during Ramadan,
30:41we will be able to feel the pleasure of worship
30:47and we will not be asked to buy such things.
30:49But, dear viewers, there is such a large group of people in our society.
30:54We are not just talking about the districts, districts and districts.
30:57In our city of Karachi and in other cities of Pakistan,
31:01there are so many families living in those places
31:05who are from the middle class or what is called the extremely white class.
31:10They are the extremely needy class
31:12who are living below the poverty line.
31:16They are working on a daily basis or on monthly wages.
31:21You know that it is very difficult for a common man
31:25to make a budget of Rs 50,000.
31:27It is very difficult for people.
31:29If someone is earning Rs 60,000 or Rs 70,000,
31:32then believe me that it is a big test for his family.
31:36People are not able to complete it.
31:38The reason for that is that we are facing a difficult economic situation and inflation.
31:43There are valid reasons for that.
31:44But, when we talk about achieving a big goal,
31:50and if you are watching us anywhere in the world right now,
31:54then we are addressing you to come forward and play your part.
31:58This platform holds a golden chance for you
32:02that when we are addressing you right now,
32:05we are going to serve people on a very large scale.
32:08We will distribute food items, God willing.
32:11When we prepare a package of food items,
32:14it has flour, lentils, rice, sugar, leaves, gram flour, dry milk,
32:19and all the necessary items are included in that package
32:23which is enough for 8 to 10 people, for the entire family, for the entire month.
32:27God willing, when it is distributed,
32:29believe me that when the food items reach all the families,
32:33the extent to which they will be thankful to this institution, our KGN,
32:37and believe me that when they pray for a donor,
32:42God is capable of bestowing the best blessing upon them.
32:47No one can give you anything.
32:49No one can give anything to anyone.
32:51But, the reality is that when you spend your money in the way of God,
32:56in the way of God,
32:57keeping in mind this Hadith that
32:59the creation belongs to God,
33:02what can we do?
33:04We can do something for the creation of God.
33:07But, yes, if you can provide your services with your money,
33:11then believe me that this is a great favour of God upon you.
33:13This is a blessed verse from the Holy Qur'an.
33:17Those who spend their money in the night and in the day,
33:20secretly and openly,
33:22they will have no reward from their Lord.
33:24And they will have no fear, nor will they grieve.
33:26Those who spend their money in the way of God,
33:29secretly and openly,
33:33in the way of God,
33:35in the way of God,
33:38in the way of God,
33:39they will have no reward from their Lord.
33:44And they will have no fear, nor will they grieve.
33:47Ladies and gentlemen,
33:48this is the passion that we are getting from the Holy Qur'an itself,
33:54that you should spend in the way of God,
33:57and your charity, your charity, your zakat,
34:00zakat is a two and a half percent share of your wealth, Amir Sahib.
34:03Yes, absolutely.
34:04The two and a half percent share of our wealth,
34:06in our Islamic society,
34:08how much is it?
34:10You can discuss that.
34:12And also, this two and a half percent, which we consider to be a very small share,
34:15it is a hundred percent share of someone's wealth.
34:18That is, in a place where there are no facilities to live in,
34:22people do not have a solid floor,
34:24there is no solid roof,
34:25the walls are also made of bamboo.
34:28There are many such places,
34:29and we see the scenes of such places,
34:31our team goes to such places,
34:33and goes there, and Alhamdulillah,
34:36we continue to serve those people.
34:39What will you say, what is the importance of zakat,
34:41and in light of its obligation,
34:43in light of the Huzoor's instructions.
34:44See, the Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
34:47has said that zakat is a share of your wealth.
34:51Yes.
34:52It is a share of someone's wealth,
34:54but for them, it is their whole life.
34:57You see, I said something in the last segment,
35:01that if Allah has blessed every person with zakat,
35:05by God, every person,
35:06and zakat is obligatory upon you,
35:09zakat is obligatory, you have to give it.
35:10Because even if you are earning a thousand rupees,
35:14who are wealthy,
35:15out of which fifty-two percent is equal to silver,
35:19and seven percent is equal to gold,
35:21that is another issue.
35:22In this era, in the present era,
35:24if you look at me,
35:25you will see that I have almost nothing.
35:27In the Karachi era,
35:30everyone has a car, a mobile phone,
35:32there are some things that are not required by you,
35:35and are there.
35:36So, if Allah has blessed you,
35:39this wealth has been given by God,
35:41and when God has given it,
35:43then it is obligatory upon you,
35:44and very little of it is there.
35:45See, two and a half percent,
35:47I had said something in the last segment,
35:49that people who give to a few people,
35:51if Allah has given it to a few people,
35:53then two and a half percent of it is not a problem for them.
35:56The one who has been given lakhs,
35:57that is more of a problem.
35:59If someone has been given crores,
36:01then it is difficult to take out two and a half crores,
36:03and if someone has been given billions,
36:04then it is difficult to take it out.
36:06So, one must think about it,
36:08that it has been given to you by God.
36:10It has been given to you by God.
36:12Often, in the Holy Qur'an,
36:14Allah has said in many places,
36:16that you should observe Salat and give Zakat.
36:18You should observe Salat and give Zakat.
36:21It has a very beautiful meaning.
36:22The translation is that you should observe Salat and give Zakat.
36:25It has a very beautiful meaning,
36:28that you should worship Allah and take care of His servants.
36:30Subhanallah.
36:31You should worship Allah.
36:33You should come to Allah and bow down to Him,
36:35and the creation of Allah,
36:37the servants of Allah,
36:38the main meaning of Zakat is that you should take care of His Qumah.
36:41And, Huzoor, in the context of the Qatai Kalamah,
36:43we were also told to offer the Qardan Hasanah.
36:47Yes, to offer the Qardan Hasanah.
36:49And, by giving it, your wealth...
36:52Allah has also said that it is a worldly matter,
36:56that it is your insurance.
36:58If you lose it,
36:59then Allah will give you a better reward for it.
37:01Absolutely.
37:02It protects your wealth.
37:04It protects your wealth.
37:06If you give it,
37:07then it does not mean that your wealth is getting less.
37:11It protects your wealth.
37:14So, we pray to Allah that...
37:16You were saying something, Tadar Bhai,
37:19that the people who are far away, in the villages,
37:22when something reaches them,
37:25Allah is giving it to everyone.
37:27And, by the grace of Allah,
37:28Ramadan is such a month
37:30that Allah gives His blessings to everyone.
37:33No one is deprived of it.
37:34It happens everywhere.
37:35But, remember one thing,
37:37that if you are participating in this,
37:40then your name will be written on it.
37:41SubhanAllah.
37:42That's right.
37:42If anyone is participating in this,
37:45Allah is the one who will give it.
37:46He will give it to everyone.
37:48This is our faith.
37:49And, everyone uses every blessing in this month.
37:53I said, whether you are rich or poor.
37:54Allah gives His blessings to the poorest.
37:57But, remember one thing,
38:00that our name should be written on it.
38:01Yes, and our means and means should be our own.
38:03Yes, our own.
38:04And, our name should be written on it.
38:06When you give it,
38:06you should know that it should be written for you.
38:10Because, if you give a fast to a person,
38:15then you get his reward.
38:17He gets his reward,
38:19but you get his double.
38:21Yes, that's right.
38:21He gets his double.
38:22What can we say?
38:23In the same way,
38:24someone said,
38:26in the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Ever Merciful.
38:27The companions said,
38:28O Messenger of Allah,
38:29at that time, we did not have that much money.
38:33So, O Messenger of Allah,
38:34we should give our own fast.
38:35How will we do it?
38:37So, you said,
38:37if you give a glass of milk to someone,
38:40then Allah will give you double.
38:42SubhanAllah.
38:43If you give a glass of water to someone,
38:45then Allah will give him double.
38:47SubhanAllah.
38:48If you give a date to someone,
38:50then Allah will give him double.
38:52SubhanAllah.
38:52SubhanAllah.
38:53A very beautiful discussion is going on.
38:55And, right now, we have to include a poem.
38:57We have with us Umair Ammar.
39:00In the name of Allah.
39:01SubhanAllah.
39:01Ammar Alam.
39:02Mashallah.
39:03We will present the gifts.
39:04Allah Hafiz.
39:35Where there is a Chosen One,
39:40He wants to make a home there.
39:51He wants to make a home there,
40:00where there is gold and silver.
40:10He wants to make a home there,
40:19where there is gold and silver.
40:30And when the Prophet asked,
40:36that even if you leave some homes,
40:41then the lips of Siddiq-e-Akbar came forth.
40:51And when the Prophet asked,
40:55that even if you leave some homes,
41:00then the lips of Siddiq-e-Akbar came forth.
41:09Where there is wealth and riches,
41:14what is the reality?
41:18He wants to make a home there.
41:28Where there is wealth and riches,
41:32what is the reality?
41:37He wants to make a home there,
41:46where there is gold and silver.
41:57What can I tell you,
42:02about that land of pieces?
42:06The stars tell me every time,
42:15what can I tell you about that land of pieces?
42:25The sign of the Master,
42:29was such a joy,
42:34that I feel like breaking down again.
42:44The sign of the Master,
42:48was such a joy,
42:53that I feel like breaking down again.
43:04That tiny little mountain,
43:09that crooked little branch,
43:14was saying the same thing,
43:19while crying in that tent.
43:24O' Baba, I am not thirsty for water,
43:33my heart wants to go to the battlefield.
43:43O' Baba, I am not thirsty for water,
