00:07Obama to expand electricity access across Africa, according to a report.
00:13Most of Power Africa's programs have been marked by termination, and the majority of
00:18its staff have been dismissed.
00:21Some remaining initiatives, particularly those that connect projects with U.S. companies,
00:27will continue under different government policies.
00:31A State Department spokesperson said that each program is under review to determine
