CCTV footage shows hooded thieves raiding a beauty salon - smashing through the glass doors before making off with expensive skincare items in just 45 seconds.
Claire Hallett, the owner of the Hair and Beauty Rooms in Chislehurst, southeast London, says she fears she might have to close for good following the incident.
It is the second time her premises have been targeted in a month - and she estimates she will have to shell out £40,000 to get everything fixed and replenish her stock.
Video from the most recent incident on Thursday (February 20) shows two figures kicking the door until it smashes, before sweeping products off the shelves and into a bag.
Claire, 41, says that the thieves were targeting pricey skincare products from Elemis and Dermalogica to resell online.
The high-end brands can sell for up to a hundred pounds per bottle.
