00:00Because of his excellent performance in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner's Cup,

00:04Northport Batangpierre's forward, Arvin Tolentino, is one of the first to win the Best Player of the Conference Award.

00:12What can Tolentino say about this?

00:20There is no doubt that Northport Batangpierre is showing his skills in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner's Cup.

00:29In the match between Siam that won and lost, Northport finished as the number one team in the elimination round

00:36to get the twice-to-beat advantage in the quarterfinals.

00:41This is the first time that Batangpierre has used this since they formally entered the national league in 2012.

00:48One of the main reasons why Northport is so successful is because of their star forward, Arvin Tolentino.

00:56In 12 games, Tolentino scored an average of 23 points, 7.42 rebounds, and 3.92 assists.

01:05Because of these numbers, the 29-year-old cager is getting second place to get the Best Player of the Conference.

01:12But now that San Miguel Berman and DPC frontrunner Junmar Fajardo are not in the playoffs,

01:19there is a high possibility that Tolentino will get the prestigious title.

01:24Somehow, I don't want to get in my head. Of course, that's annoying.

01:28That's why I'm working really hard. That's one thing.

01:32But I don't really focus on that much, especially in the season now.

01:37So I'm more focused on our team's achievements, where we can get to.

01:43And maybe it's just a bonus if I ever win that.

01:46At the moment, Northport is still waiting to see who they can face in the quarterfinals

01:52because Magnolia Hotshots and Enlex Road Warriors will fight for the No. 8 seed this week.
