02:14 and the president assured to give away more before the end of the year.
02:17 There are still 36,000 land titles and E-titles that we will give away to the
02:23 past 30,000 agrarian reform beneficiaries before the end of this year. The Certificate of Land
02:33 Ownership Award and these E-titles will be of great use to more opportunities.

03:47 assistance, and technical support provided by agrarian reform so that the harvest of our
