00:00They clash with the 1st French Army, who sacrifice themselves to delay the German advance.
00:06The survivors of the French Pacific Battalion are practically annihilated,

00:23In the outskirts of Strasbourg, the French resistance fighters under André Malraux hold the attack.
00:29For General de Lach and General de Vigier, the situation is very serious.
00:46In the south of Oppenheim, the sacrifice of the 1st Infantry Division
00:50and of the Malraux Brigade at Kraft has stemmed the enemy's advance.
00:55But in the north, in the Kilstedt region, the Germans are no more than 8 miles from Strasbourg.
01:01On January 21st, the 3rd Algerian Infantry Division, veterans of Cassino,
