Unfortunately I could find no information about this band. Obviously it was the in-house band of this famous cabaret in Paris. Who-ever is playing, this orchestra undoubtedly comprises excellent musicians. This great recording was made in 1928 and it features a tune from Moretti's 1927 operetta "Comte Obligado!" The vocalists remained uncredited.
