00:17May we request Commissioner Nolly R. Pippo to read the proclamation certificate of Senator-elect Maria Imelda Romualdez Marcos.
01:00We, the Chairman and Commissioners of the Commission on Elections, sitting in bunk as the National Board of Canvassers of the May 12, 2025, national and local elections,
