Bindi Irwin, 26, shared an emotional health update after undergoing emergency surgery in the United States.
The Australian television star and wildlife conservationist revealed that she underwent multiple medical procedures, including the removal of her appendix, 14 new endometriosis lesions, and the repair of a hernia developed during childbirth.
The young conservationist, daughter of the late Steve Irwin, explained in a video posted on Monday (May 12) that she had to miss the traditional Steve Irwin Gala in Las Vegas to fly to New York and undergo the procedures with renowned specialist Dr. Seckin.
