00:03:02Colby has this richness to his voice and this performance style that is so perfect for the voice
00:03:15I think he's one of the most entertaining people on the show I was just really surprised he was
00:03:21available at all Colby is my best steal you know it looks like John Legend messed up thank you John

00:03:40proud of me my village has rallied behind me I grew up in Blythe California a very blue-collar town
00:03:47everybody there is so hard-working my parents are also blue-collar people they worked for Ironwood
00:03:52State Prison my father's also pastor so I'm a preacher's kid my parents worked hard to put food on the
00:03:58table to make sure we had clothes on our back the hard-working ethic translated into me chasing the
00:04:03dream a passion of being a singer an artist the storyteller when it breaks down that's a moment to
00:04:10like get people involved like clap your hands damn it it could be as simple as yelling at the audience
00:04:16saying something yeah this last couple weeks of the show is the moment of truth yes not to put too
00:04:20much pressure on all of it but you just got to do what you do and you chose a great song and
00:04:24you are great ready for what else could you possibly be doing ready for all right got one
00:04:29performance before the finale makes me a little bit nervous but I trust my coach I trust God I trust
