पुंछ, जम्मू कश्मीर: जम्मू कश्मीर के मुख्यमंत्री उमर अब्दुल्ला पुंछ दौरे पर पहुंचे। इस दौरान नगर स्थित डाक बंगला में प्रशासनिक, पुलिस अधिकारियों, राजनीतिक दल के नेताओं, धार्मिक और सामाजिक संगठनों के प्रतिनिधियों से उन्होंने मुलाकात की। यहां लोगों ने मुख्यमंत्री से पाकिस्तानी गोलाबारी में मारे गए लोगों के आश्रितों को उचित मुआवजा और सरकारी नौकरी देने, पाकिस्तानी गोलाबारी को देखते हुए नगर में बंकरों का निर्माण करवाने और नगर में अतिरिक्त सुरक्षा बलों को तैनात करने की मांग की जिस पर उमर अब्दुल्ला ने उचित कार्रवाई करने का आश्वासन दिया। उमर अब्दुल्ला ने इस दौरान कहा कि पाकिस्तान से की गई बमबारी की चपेट में सबसे ज्यादा पुंछ इलाका ही आया। पहली बार पुंछ शहर के बीचोंबीच बमबारी हुई जिसमें 13 कीमती जानें हमने गंवाई। मैंने पुंछ के लोगों को भाईचारा कायम रखने के लिए बधाई दी।
