00:29as accidents happen a mental test and a physical test if you cause some sort of

00:39they could possibly need it I think that'd be a good incentive to get people to
00:42worry about their driving because if you say you're an 80 year old and you were you
00:45worried if I take my test again now or tell someone I'm worried about the way I
00:48drive they're just gonna take me off the road and that's it but if they were say
00:51I'd go to someone and go well if there's somewhere I can make sure that I'm
00:54driving safely for less money and you know I mean make sure everyone's safe
