00:00You got accepted to the Academy of the Dark Peculiars, and today is your first day.

00:05You have to get settled into one of the four dormitories first.

00:08You especially want your room to be in the Lady Macbeth Hall,

00:11but only those who can answer this riddle can get to live there.

00:14I look very sorry when you feel sad, and I love to look happy if you're feeling glad.

00:20What am I? Well, can you answer it correctly?

00:30It's a mirror.

00:35You take your stuff to your new room in the Lady Macbeth Hall, where your new roommate awaits.

00:39You suddenly feel frustrated because she is playing pop music loudly inside the room.

00:44You hate that.

00:45She walks to you excitedly and says,

00:48Hi, roomie. I have a feeling we're going to be best friends.

00:51You say, not a chance unless you turn this music off.

00:54She replies, I can do that if you answer this riddle and guess my name correctly.

00:58Squeeze this, and it cries tears as red as its flesh, but its heart is made of stone.

01:04What is it? Do you know the answer?

01:16The answer, therefore your new roommate's name, is Cherry.

01:21In the evening, there's an orientation dinner for all the students.

01:25You walk to the buffet to grab something to eat.

01:27There are three food options to choose from.

01:29The first one is a casserole.

01:31The second one is stuffed turkey.

01:33And the third one is a club sandwich.

01:35Which one should you choose?

01:46Do you see what the turkey is stuffed with?

01:49It's a mixture of dust, dirt, and soil.

01:51So I bet that you wouldn't want to ruin your stomach with that.

01:54As for the club sandwich, the lettuce inside it is rotten.

01:58That's a pass.

01:59Those little black balls inside the casserole might look like bugs, but they're actually black pepper pieces.

02:05So it's the best option.

02:06You're not the type to socialize, so you sit and eat your dinner alone.

02:11A guy approaches you and sits next to you.

02:13Hi, I'm Xander Barkley.

02:15What's your name?

02:17That's not something you should concern yourself about, you say.

02:19But he's not disheartened by your cold attitude, and he insists on knowing.

02:24You say, since everyone is such a riddler around here like my roommate, I'll give you a riddle for that.

02:29And if you can answer it correctly, you'll know my name.

02:32What day would yesterday be if Thursday was four days before the day after tomorrow?

02:37Can you help Xander out?

02:49The answer is Friday.

02:52The next day, right before the first classes of the new semester start, the principal makes an announcement.

02:58Hello, students.

02:59I regret to inform you that one of your classmates, Xander Barkley, has gone missing.

03:03If anyone has any information on where he might have gone, please visit my office.

03:08You look around the room, and you immediately spot three people who look like they might know a thing or two about Xander's disappearance.

03:15Take a closer look at them, and tell me which one actually might know Xander.

03:18Do you see the ring that the second guy is wearing?

03:31It's the same ring Xander was wearing when he came next to you to ask you your name.

03:35That surely must mean something.

03:38That's why you decide to follow him as he rushes out, panicked.

03:41He sneaks through the halls and stops in front of a creepy statue.

03:45Then, in the blink of an eye, you lose sight of him.

03:48You go examine the spot to figure out where he might have disappeared.

03:51Do you see anything strange?

03:53There's some kind of a message written on the book that the statue is holding.

04:07You read it.

04:07I don't have eyes, but once I did see.

04:10Once I had thoughts, but now I'm white and empty.

04:14What am I?

04:15Do you know the answer?

04:16It's a skull.

04:28You look at the skull that the statue is holding with his other hand.

04:32You pull it, and a secret tunnel appears behind the statue.

04:35You walk into the darkness.

04:36You come across three different staircases that each lead to a different direction.

04:41Which one should you follow?

04:46Remember the ring both Xander and the suspicious guy were wearing?

04:54The same image that was on the rings is engraved on the first step of the second staircase.

04:59So it should be a hint for you to follow that one.

05:02You follow the stairs and end up in a creepy library.

05:06The suspicious guy comes out from a corner and asks,

05:09Why are you following me?

05:10You say,

05:11I know you have some kind of information on where Xander could have disappeared.

05:14He says,

05:15You have to answer this riddle correctly if you want me to trust you.

05:20Who makes it?

05:20Does not need it.

05:22Whoever buys it has no use for it.

05:24Who uses it can neither.

05:26What is it?

05:27Do you know the answer?

05:28That's easy, you say.

05:39It's where I sleep every night.

05:41It's a casket.

05:44Xander was my roommate.

05:45He's been talking about a cabin in the woods, but I know nothing of it.

05:48You can come and check our room and search for anything that might help.

05:52You go into their room and take a look around.

05:54Do you notice anything strange?

05:55If you take a closer look at the study desk, you can see a corner of a map hanging out of the drawer.

06:10This might be the map to the cabin in the woods that Xander's roommate was talking about.

06:14The direction of the map is an enigma.

06:17As you try to figure out how to read it, Cherry enters the room crying.

06:21I can't believe they both went on vacation without me this summer.

06:24Then she shows you Instagram selfies of two girls, both posing at the beach.

06:29One of them is a vampire.

06:30Therefore, her photo is fake, since she can't be walking under the sun.

06:34Can you tell which one?

06:35It's the girl on the right.

06:46Can you see these green spots?

06:48She used a green screen to Photoshop herself on a sunny beach location.

06:52That should somehow be a consolation for Cherry.

06:56However, you notice something that can be useful for you to solve this whole Xander mystery.

07:00In the photo of the girl, who really went to the beach.

07:04What is it?

07:13Do you see the hand standing on the shoulder of the girl?

07:16That means there was another person there posing with her when she was taking the photo.

07:20And whoever that is, has the same ring on one finger.

07:23These people must all belong to a society or something.

07:27You find the girl in the hopes that she might help you get some answers.

07:31You question her, and learn that indeed they belong to a secret society.

07:35But she tells you that the only way she will give you answers is if you join them.

07:39And the only way to do that is by answering her riddle correctly.

07:42She asks,

07:43A warrior in the flowers with a sword.

07:45He'll use it if he must, to defend his gold hoard.

07:49What is it?

07:50The answer is bees.

08:02She says,

08:03Welcome to the Night Bees Society.

08:05She explains to you that she doesn't know where Xander might be,

08:08but tells you that the shapes on the map are actually letters.

08:11So, now that you know this information,

08:13can you decipher what words are written on the map?

08:15When you complete the shapes into letters,

08:26the first word you get is North.

08:28The second word is East.

08:30The third word is South.

08:32And the fourth word is West.

08:34So, now you have directions to find the cabin.

08:36Yes!

08:37You follow the map and find the cabin in the dark woods.

08:41On the ground, you see Xander's broken ring.

08:43Oh no, he must be hurt.

08:45Some kind of danger must be lurking inside the cabin.

08:48Take a look around, and can you tell what it might be?

08:59Do you see the scratches next to the door?

09:03And there's a full moon.

09:04These signs suggest the existence of a werewolf.

09:07The werewolf comes out of the cabin, howling.

09:12But you don't run away.

09:13Why?

09:23See that neon blue streak in his hair?

09:25Xander had that too.

09:27So, it must be him.
