00:05ultraviolet shockwave now this is an electric off-road motorcycle from ultraviolet and they

00:12showcased it right next to the tesseract so in today's video we are going to tell you some

00:16things that you need to know about this off-road electric motorcycle

00:19the ultraviolet shockwave is priced at rupees 1.5 lakh egg showroom for the first 1000 buyers

00:28and after which the prices will increase to rupees 1.75 lakh egg showroom same like the

00:34tesseract now what is this ultraviolet shockwave now shockwave is designed to provide an exhilarating

00:39off-road experience living up to the tagline two stroked now obviously this model is

00:46affectionately referred as the funduro by ultraviolet now let me tell you a little bit about the ultra

00:51violet shockwave and the design of the motorcycle as you can see over here it is a naked motorcycle

00:57it is obviously a dirt bike an electric dirt bike and it gets a full led setup like an led

01:04projector led headlight led tail lamp it gets a tall windscreen it gets wired spoked wheels fitted with

01:10dual purpose off-road tires and the bike is available in two vibrant colors as well now the seating

01:17arrangement is obviously it is a long and a single piece seat two people can sit comfortably for short

01:23distances and it gets a high set handlebar which obviously makes the riding position a little

01:28upright and you also get bluetooth connectivity and smartphone pairing through lte which is an

01:33integrated e-sim feature now let us talk about the performance and specifications of the ultraviolet

01:41shockwave now shockwave gets 165 kilometers of idc claimed range and it gets a single electric motor

01:49delivering 14.5 bhp of peak power and 505 nm of peak torque at the wheel now that is something insane

01:57which is actually required when you are off-roading so it has a top speed of around 120 kilometers per

02:03hour it can accelerate from 0 to 60 in 2.9 seconds making it a very good off-road adventure motorcycle

02:10it also gets a 37 mm telescopic fork at the front with 200 mm of travel and a rear monoshock as i mentioned

02:17and the suspension offers 180 mm of travel which is actually adequate for an off-road adventure

02:24motorcycle the bike also has a combination of 19 inch front wheel and a 17 inch rear wheel

02:30the wheel size is 90 90 by r19 at the front and 110 90 by r17 at the rear now if you talk about the

02:40braking system of the shockwave it gets equipped with discs on either side one at the front and

02:45obviously it gets a disc at the back it also features dual channel abs and the abs can be

02:50switched off at the rear so that you can have an accelerating experience at the off-road zone

02:56once again let me tell you the price of the ultraviolet shockwave the motorcycle is priced at

03:00rupees 1.5 lakh for the first 1000 customers and after which it will cost around 1.75 lakh
