01:24they segregated the men from the families and targeted the men. This also must have been

01:32thought of earlier. And they also knew that by the time any information reaches the security

01:38forces, because this, as you know, Pehlgaam is a high security zone because of the shrine

01:44there, right? The Amanat shrine there. So they would have known that it will take time for

01:50the security force to reach there. So they vanished, right? So therefore, number one, it is a very

01:57carefully planned attack, right? To target innocent people. Now, what is important, more important

02:05is that the general, General Asim Munir of Pakistan made a statement just one week ago. What did he

02:21say? Our stance is absolutely clear. It was our jugular vein. He is talking about Kashmir. It

02:29is our jugular vein. It will be our jugular vein. We will not forget it. We will not leave our Kashmiri

02:37brothers in their heroic struggle, right? Then this is apparently an arm of the Lakshirai Toiba that

02:47has taken this, accepted that this is our attack, right? It's called the resistance force. It's an arm

02:56of the Lakshirai Toiba. Now, if the general makes this statement and an arm of a Lakshirai Toiba is doing

03:04this and that they are all located in Pakistan. So it's an act of terrorism by the state.

03:21proscribe terrorist organizations. If it's state-sponsored terrorism, Pakistan should be

03:29proscribed as a terrorist organization. And those responsible for this should be prosecuted in the

03:36International Criminal Court as is sought to be done by some other, against some other heads of state,

03:43right? So I urge the Home Minister to prescribe Pakistan as a terrorist state and a terrorist organization

03:51under our act and move the International Criminal Court for prosecution. And I am sure that the entire

04:00opposition, at least I will stand by the Prime Minister and the Home Minister, and I'm sure the

04:05opposition will do that too. Because what is also suggested is that 85,000 domicile certificates

04:12have been granted to non-Kashmiris. And it is said that the intent of this attack is to send a message

04:22that we will not allow the demography of Kashmir to be changed.
