00:06about the all-new Ultraviolet Tesseract electric scooter. Now, Ultraviolet has obviously unveiled

00:13the scooter. They have unveiled the prices of the scooter as well, but they are doing city tours.

00:18Now, they first showcase the scooter in Bangalore and then henceforth they have taken these two

00:23scooters, that is the Ultraviolet Tesseract and the Shockwave, both to different cities just to

00:28showcase their new models. Now, let me tell you the price of the Ultraviolet Tesseract. Now, the

00:33Ultraviolet Tesseract had an initial introductory price of Rs 1.2 lakh only for the first 10,000

00:40buyers. Now, this is the air showroom price, but seeing the response of the buyers, they had

00:46increased the number of buyers to 50,000. So, 50,000 people could actually book the scooter for

00:52Rs 1.2 lakh air showroom, which they already have done. They have got more than 50,000 bookings.

00:58And now, the price has increased to Rs 1.45 lakh air showroom. So, now, if you're planning to buy

01:05an Ultraviolet Tesseract, you will obviously have to pay a little more. That is Rs 1.45 lakh air

01:10showroom. The Tesseract comes in three color options. First is a stealth black, then we have

01:15the sonic pink, and then we have the desert sand. Now, let me tell you the advanced features that

01:20this scooter has. Now, this is the first scooter in India to get ADAS features. And it also has two dash

01:27cams, one at the front and one at the back. So, the ADAS actually helps you in your blind spot

01:33detection, overtake alerts, and collision alerts, along with many more features. Additionally,

01:38if you see the scooter, it is a very futuristic-looking scooter. It's a big scooter. It's got a

01:43flat seat, a wide seat, and it also has a front floating DRL with dual projector setup headlights,

01:50and it also gets a wireless smartphone charger that is in a scooter for a very first time. You also have

01:56a seven-inch DFT touchscreen that offers you a lot of onboard navigation, and along with that,

02:02a ton of other features. Now, if you talk about the safety tech of the Ultraviolet Tesseract, it

02:07obviously features dual-channel ABS, traction control, dynamic stability control, and many more.

02:12Now, apart from that, performance-wise, the Tesseract has a peak power of around 20.1 bhp,

02:18allowing the scooter to reach a top speed of 125 km per hour. Acceleration from 0 to 60 just takes

02:262.9 seconds, which is actually on the quicker side, and it has a claimed IDC range of around 261

02:35kilometers on a single charge for the top-end variant, which, if we convert to kilometers per

02:41liter or the mileage that we see regularly, Ultraviolet has claimed that that is equal to 500 kilometers

02:46per liter of mileage as rupees 100, provides you 12 units of electricity. Now, if we talk a little

02:53bit about the wheels on the Ultraviolet Tesseract, you can see it gets big 14-inch aero disc wheels

02:59at the front. If you talk about the tire, it's 110 section at the front, and 140, a beefy section

03:05at the rear, again with the same 14-inch tire. Looks absolutely fantastic, and overall, the scooter has

03:12some nice-looking body lines increases. That actually gives it a futuristic appeal. If we talk

03:18about some practicality of the scooter, well, it can obviously fit a full-size helmet in the under-seat

03:25storage. That means it gets around 34 liters of under-seat storage, which is actually a very good

03:31thing that you can use on your daily commute with all your luggage in the seat. So, guys, this was the

03:37all-new Ultraviolet Tesseract electric scooter. Let me tell you the price of it once again. Now,

03:41this price has increased to 1.45 lakh ex-showroom because it has already crossed the 50,000 bookings.

03:48Initially, it was priced at rupees 1.2 lakh, but till 50,000, you could pay 1.2 lakh, but now it has got

03:54more than 50,000 bookings. So, the price has gone up by rupees 25,000. That is, now it's priced at rupees
