Transcript
00:00No? Oh my goodness. I don't know. Have you told me this? Yeah? Oh my gosh, I'm doing so bad.
00:10It's okay.
00:15Hey, I'm Taylor. I'm also Taylor. And we're playing How Well Do You Know Your Co-Star by Marie Claire.
00:23Are you ready? Yeah. What is my favorite alcoholic beverage?
00:30See, that's tough because it depends what mood you're in. Okay, my go-to without fail.
00:38See, what I want to say can definitely fail because it's tough to make this drink.
00:45So, oh my goodness. Wow. Don't think too hard about it. I'm trying not to think too hard, Taylor.
00:53There's so many options. Okay, dirty martini.
00:57See, that was the one I didn't want to say because it can be made incorrect.
01:05That's like my number two. Okay.
01:08What's like if we're, like, we could be anywhere and I'll get this drink.
01:12You roll your eyes at me when I order it.
01:14Oh my gosh.
01:15You did not put this as your favorite alcoholic beverage.
01:19It's my go-to.
01:21Okay.
01:21She loves a Tito's Sprite.
01:24A vodka Sprite.
01:25With lime.
01:26With lime?
01:27Yes.
01:27Okay.
01:28Oh my gosh.
01:29We'll be at, like, the nicest restaurant with, like, a great cocktail menu and she'll be like,
01:35can I just get a Tito's Sprite?
01:37I just, it just, the Sprite sits good, you know?
01:40It's, it's just, it's a classic.
01:42Whatever floats your boat.
01:47Before you, who was my very first crush?
01:51I have a couple options here.
01:53I know, honestly, it's between two for me.
01:55I can't even remember which one came first.
01:58Um, Jessica Alba.
02:00Yeah, probably.
02:02Mm.
02:03I think so.
02:04Can I guess a second?
02:05Yeah.
02:06Is she a model?
02:07Yeah.
02:07Miranda Kerr.
02:08Yep.
02:08Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding.
02:11Yeah, those are the two.
02:13What was my first job?
02:16Probably a nanny.
02:18No?
02:19I don't count that as, like, my first job because I was babysitting since I was, like, 12.
02:22Like, my first, like, I was on the payroll.
02:26Oh, man.
02:28Did you, like, work for Dance Studio 84 or something?
02:31Like, no?
02:32No?
02:33Uh-uh.
02:33Oh, my goodness.
02:34I am gonna lose this game.
02:36I don't know.
02:38Have you told me this?
02:39Mm-hmm.
02:40Yeah?
02:40Mm-hmm.
02:42I'll give you a hint.
02:43Okay.
02:43When you first moved to California, you lived by it.
02:47Me?
02:48You?
02:50Tillies?
02:51Close it.
02:52It was next door to Tillies.
02:53What?
02:55Hobby Lobby?
02:55Oh, my gosh.
02:56You're done.
02:57What?
02:57No, I worked at a little, like, clothing boutique.
02:59Oh, yes.
03:00I was, I think, honestly, I think I was working there when we first met.
03:03Okay.
03:05Yep.
03:06Potentially.
03:06I remember that.
03:07Or I used to, I was still, like, going there.
03:09Oh, my gosh.
03:10That's so bad.
03:11It's okay.
03:11Which famous Disney Channel movie did I pretend like I could sing and dance for and actually
03:22made the final cut for?
03:24It was between me and, you know, like, the final.
03:28Oh.
03:28But you didn't get it.
03:29Correct.
03:29Camp Rock.
03:30Yep.
03:30Yes!
03:33I can't believe I got that far.
03:36The Jonas Brothers did okay.
03:37Yeah.
03:37They did it pretty well.
03:39We all did have to sing, dance, and act.
03:44Those were the three elements that we had to do.
03:47But I think till the final cut, it was just acting.
03:56And you just, like, checked a box if you could sing or dance.
04:00Oh, God.
04:01And then when it got to, like, the final five people for each role, we did this big, like,
04:08you know, audition together.
04:11And that was when I think I had to actually prove that my boxes checked were real.
04:20I actually have a question.
04:21Why did you even audition for it?
04:25I don't know.
04:26It sounded fun.
04:27It might have been, like, an Enrique Iglesias song.
04:32That's clearly why I didn't get the role.
04:34Yeah.
04:35I don't know if I have that tape still.
04:36I hope not.
04:38I better be burned.
04:39What is my biggest pet peeve?
04:42See, I feel like you're asking difficult questions where there could be multiple answers.
04:46How about when I take the trash out and I throw the trash away, but don't re-put the new trash bag back into the bin?
05:00Mm-hmm.
05:01Yeah?
05:01Mm-hmm.
05:01That's it?
05:02Sure.
05:05Or when I...
05:08That is.
05:09That is.
05:09The toilet paper.
05:11And don't, like...
05:11And I've gotten better at this.
05:13Yeah, it is.
05:13I don't do this anymore.
05:14Yeah.
05:15But when I used to finish a toilet paper roll and then...
05:19The roll will end and then he'll leave the roll on there and then you'll grab a new one and then just put it on top of the counter.
05:25But the counter's here and the roll's here.
05:26Got it.
05:27But he doesn't do that anymore.
05:28Yeah, that was...
05:29The trash bag, we're still working on.
05:30Taking Out the Trash is a two-part series.
05:33I got part A.
05:34Yeah.
05:35Like, nailed.
05:35Yeah.
05:36Part B is a little touch and go.
05:38It's true.
05:38We're working on it, though.
05:39I know.
05:39Next question.
05:41What is my most impressive hidden talent?
05:45I mean, aside from, like, your talents of cooking and in the kitchen, I would have to go with catching things in your mouth.
05:57Like, grapes.
05:58Yeah.
05:58That's what I was thinking.
05:59Okay.
06:00You're really good at this thing.
06:02It's annoyingly good.
06:03It's a great, great flip catch.
06:06Here we go.
06:14I was proud of that one.
06:16Yeah, it was impressive.
06:17What's my favorite food?
06:18Favorite food?
06:19Yeah.
06:20Sushi.
06:20Yeah.
06:21Yes!
06:23Ah!
06:24Finally got one.
06:26Yes!
06:27Bonus question?
06:28Yeah.
06:28What's my...
06:30One of my absolute favorite rolls?
06:33Or orders.
06:35I got two that pop into my mind.
06:37Okay.
06:38But I will go 1A is the King Hong roll from Kyo Sushi.
06:45And two would be Yellowtail, Nigiri, Halibut Style from Kinza.
06:53That's good.
06:55Final question.
06:57Who, also subjective, is the coolest person that follows me on Instagram?
07:02Ooh.
07:03I know.
07:04There's a couple options.
07:05Yeah.
07:06Dame.
07:07I feel like you think that's the coolest person that follows me.
07:11Mahomes.
07:12I mean, he just won a Super Bowl.
07:14Those are my two options.
07:15Damian Lillard, Patrick Mahomes.
07:16Yeah.
07:17Like, athletes do it for me.
07:20Yeah.
07:20I mean...
07:20He gets starstruck over athletes.
07:22I'll freak out over.
07:23So, Patrick Mahomes and Damian Lillard.
07:26Yeah, you just casually told me that Dame followed you the other night.
07:29I know.
07:29You had no clue.
07:30Yeah.
07:30Yeah.
07:30Oh, man.
07:31We're homies.
07:31Drop 70 points.
07:32You're like, oh, yeah, he follows me.
07:33I'm like, oh, casual.
07:36Casual.
07:36Both of those.
07:39Bonus question for you.
07:40Okay.
07:40Not that you need it.
07:41Which co-star of mine did I sit right next to at the Super Bowl and completely ignore
07:50the entire time?
07:53Okay.
07:53What Super Bowl is this?
07:54I believe in 2010.
07:57Is it still Jessica?
07:58Jessica who?
07:59Oh.
07:59Yes.
08:00Really?
08:01Yes.
08:01You're dumbing.
08:02I told you this story.
08:03You ignored her?
08:04You didn't say hi?
08:05I didn't have any scenes with her, but then we went on to both be in Valentine's Day together.
08:12But I literally got sat right next to Jessica and all of them.
08:15Oh, like this?
08:16Like this.
08:18And I was so nervous.
08:20I sat there for three hours and didn't say a single word to her.
08:26You weirdo.
08:26And I felt like she was like looking at me trying to say hi, like multiple times.
08:31And I was just like, nope, can't do it.
08:33Oh my gosh.
08:34Can't do it.
08:34I mean, you were how old then, I guess?
08:3718.
08:37Okay.
08:37I'll give it to you then.
08:38Yeah.
08:39But then we went on to do Valentine's Day together and literally on the red carpet at
08:47the premiere, I came clean and I told her about it.
08:50I was like, nice to officially meet you.
08:53I know we sat next to each other at the Super Bowl.
08:56I was just so nervous I couldn't speak.
08:59Oh my gosh.
08:59So.
09:03She did win by a landslide.
09:06Working together on the podcast, it's been great.
09:10We have learned more about each other, which we didn't think was possible.
09:15We've had some great, wise people on that have just helped kind of pull things out of
09:22us and click some light bulbs on.
09:25It's been awesome.
09:27It's been fun because I feel like we both bring different things to the table.
09:31It's true.
09:31And I'll be like, oh, I have an idea.
09:33And Taylor's like, no, we're not doing that.
09:34We need to do it this way.
09:35I'm like, oh my gosh, absolutely.
09:36I don't even know why I didn't think of that.
09:38If I had any advice for couples that were thinking about working together, my number
09:46one piece of advice would be listen.
09:49Without listening and being able to hear the other person's thoughts, concerns, ideas,
09:57it's probably not going to go very well.
09:59Yeah.
09:59And just make sure that you have good communication as well.
10:03And I almost feel like I would also say make sure it's not all you do.
10:08Don't let it consume all of your time and energy.
10:12Make sure you're still putting time in for just one-on-one time, not thinking about work
10:18or whatever it may be.
10:19Talk about other things or take a break from it.
10:22Yeah.
10:22It should be a part of your relationship, not the other way around.
10:27Thanks for watching, everyone.
