00:00I have a really great team at this point of, you know, I have two assistants that are fantastic
00:05and I have a really supportive partner who literally allows, you know, the flexibility
00:09in my schedule that I otherwise wouldn't be able to have. And then I have two great co-parents that
00:15have 50-50 custody of the older kids. And so I'm able to sort of figure out what I have to do when
00:20I don't have my older kids. And then, you know, my team does my schedule and fits things in where
00:25they can. And I just look at my schedule day to day and try not to go too crazy and make sure that as
00:31you know, the second my kids are able to, two o'clock, 2.30 is when my day winds down and I need
00:37to go get my kids and make sure that they're sports and that tutoring and getting their homework done.
00:41And so I have been able to get to a place in my life where that's possible. And so that's been
00:46really, really helpful. But I would say my team and my part, my supportive partner, make it, make it
00:51possible.
