Chennai, April 20, 2025 (ANI): On Nishikant Dubey remark over Supreme Court CJI Sanjeev Khanna, DMK leader TKS Elangovan called BJP government a “Barbaric Party...they don’t respect any law.”He further added that judiciary is there to protect the law and religious denomination comes under Article 26 of Fundamental right in Indian constitution. He mentioned that wherever any law ultra-vires Indian Constitution provision, apex court comes in and interpret the law according to Constitution.
