01:57But at the end of the day, they unite and they want to fight for their beliefs and for their friendship.
02:04And that's exactly what I've been doing with the other gunslingers when Steven Dorf came back to town and brought a lot of trouble for the city.
02:16But yeah, and a lot of funny moments was there too.
02:20Yeah, and you talk about wanting to be in a Western.
02:23I hope it's okay that I share this.
02:24You came here from Egypt at just 16 years old because you wanted to come and be in movies?
02:31It was literally fish out of water experience, to be honest with you.
02:36I had zero English whatsoever.
02:38I didn't really speak that much at all.
02:42But you left your family behind.
02:43You came alone.
02:44By myself.
02:45By myself.
02:46I got into high school and I finished my last year in high school.
02:49It was El Segundo High School.
02:51I had an amazing time there.
02:52and I just had a dream.
02:55You know, I looked up Omar Sharif as my idol, who used to be my really good friend.
03:02and I wanted to be the next one.
03:05Yeah.
03:06And I knew that dream.
03:08It's going to take a long time.
03:09Yeah.
03:10It's not an easy road to take.
03:14And I just started from scratch and came into town and I was like, what did I do to myself here?
03:23What am I doing?
03:24Yeah, but we should also mention, not only were you, you know, following this dream, but you also did something else very serious.
03:32You became a doctor.
03:33Yeah.
03:33So you were, you were doing medical school and also still thinking one day I'm going to be on the big screen.
03:40Yeah, I had, you know, I come from a medical background.
03:43My mom and dad are doctors, my whole family are doctors and somebody had to be a doctor.
03:48So I, I, I actually enjoyed being, you know, going to medical school and also at the same time was really tough to do both at the same time.
03:55So I had a deal with my parents.
03:57I told them, listen, I, I'm going to be a doctor, but also I want to do something, what I love, which is being an actor and the love for art.
04:04And they thought I'm crazy.
04:06And, you know, I, I delivered, I, I finished my medical school, became an orthopedic.
04:12And at the same time I used to do all these auditions back to back and travel a lot between Egypt and the Middle East and coming to back to LA,
04:24taking classes and coming back and forth.
04:26And I, I knew it's really hard.
04:28So I thought, you know what, why don't we do this?
04:31I, I, I, I start my career in Egypt, do a lot of movies and series and host shows and stuff.
04:37And then when I feel it's the right time, I come over and do my transition.
04:41And that was the long-term plan.
04:44And, and I'm glad that I did.
04:46Yes.
04:46And you've been successful.
04:48This is a time where you're probably pinching yourself.
04:50I mean, to be on the screen with Nicolas Cage and Heather Graham and all the others.
04:53and the movie is already out.
04:55Yeah.
04:56It's, uh, streaming now and also in some select theaters.
04:59Yeah.
04:59Yeah.
04:59Please watch it.
05:00It's a, it's a great movie.
05:01Um, you guys are going to see really great, uh, fill in there.
