00:00According to a new filing, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump were awarded 750,000 shares in Domitari Holdings,

00:08currently worth $3 million, for joining the company's Board of Advisors,

00:12an entity with little evidence of functioning before their appointments.

00:17President Trump's two eldest sons were appointed to the Advisory Board of Domitari Holdings in February.

00:22The NASDAQ-listed company, headquartered in Trump Tower,

00:26has subsidiaries in various financial sectors including wealth management, investment banking, and asset management.

00:33Each Trump has received 250,000 shares for joining and another 500,000

00:39when the company reached a milestone related to its market capitalization.

00:43Domitari Holdings closed at $3.99 a share Thursday, valuing the Trumps' haul at $3 million each.

00:51There's little evidence Domitari Holdings' Advisory Board existed before the Trumps joined it, as Forbes previously reported.

00:59Between June of 2021, when the company was named Aikido Pharma,

01:03and the day after the Trumps' involvement was announced,

01:06Domitari Holdings made no mention of its Advisory Board and SEC filings,

01:10except for references in the chief operating officer's bio stating he had been a member for three months in 2022.

01:17Just weeks before the Trumps joined Domitari Holdings,

01:21their father, President Donald Trump, announced a sweeping plan to boost U.S.-based AI infrastructure,

01:27including a $40 billion pledge from a longtime business partner.

01:32Around the same time, Domitari positioned itself as a player in AI and data center development,

01:37touting the Trumps' quote, strategic insight in those areas.

01:41Will they sell their shares?

01:42By owning more than 5% of the company, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump are required to publicly disclose

01:49any sales of their Domitari Holdings shares.

01:51So far, they have not reported doing so.
