A preliminary report on the April 1 gas pipeline fire in Putra Heights is expected to be released within a week, says Selangor police chief Datuk Hussein Omar Khan.
At a press conference on Friday (April 18), Hussein said investigations are still underway by both the police and the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) to determine the cause of the incident, including the possibility of negligence or sabotage.
