00:30It's a horrible thing. Horrible that things like this take place. And we'll have more to say about it later. In the meantime, it's an honor to have the Prime Minister of Italy with us.
00:56Prime Minister Maloney, who's doing a fantastic job. I would say that she has taken Europe by storm and highly respected. Everybody loves her and respects her. And I can't say that about many people. And she's become a friend. And we really have a great relationship between Italy and ourselves. And we talked about trade. We talked about many, many things during our luncheon.
01:25And she'll be saying a few words, but she's a very special person. And it's nice to have you with us. Thank you very much.
01:32Thank you very much, Mr. President. Thank you for your warm welcome. Thank you for this occasion.
01:39Thank you very much, Mr. President. Thank you for your warm welcome. Thank you for this occasion.
01:52Thank you for your welcome.
01:53Thank you for your welcome.
01:54Thank you, Mr. President. And we're welcome.
01:55Thank you for your welcome.
02:17che è il fight against WOC e ADI ideologi che mi piaceva in la nostra storia.
02:25E as I know that we share lots of things on tackling illegal migration,
02:32on fighting against synthetic drugs.
02:36You know, Italy's been one of the nations that made a plan against fentanyl, for example.
02:42But we have been talking about many bilateral topics and things that we can do together.
02:50About defense, about economic, about economy, about space, about energy.
03:00Italy will have to increase its LNG imports.
03:06And also nuclear that we are trying to develop.
03:10I think there can be ways to work together.
03:13And the Italian enterprises will invest, as they've been doing for many years, as you know,
03:22in the next years I think around 10 billion.
03:26That shows how interconnected our economies are.
03:30And that's very important, Mr. President.
03:32It's not only about Italy, it's about the entire Europe.
03:36The exchange between us is a very big one.
03:42Investments, trade, it's a topic that we are discussing in this week.
03:48That's right.
03:49But at the end of the day, look, somebody told me, I was saying it before, such a Western nationalism.
03:55I don't know if it is the right word.
03:57But I know that when I speak about West, mainly I don't speak about geographical space.
04:03I speak about the civilization.
04:05And I want to make that civilization stronger.
04:07So I think even if we have some problems, okay, between the two shores of the Atlantic,
04:13it is the time that we try to sit down and find solutions.
04:18So I want to thank President Trump for having accepted an invitation to pay an official visit to Rome in the near future
04:27and consider a possibility in that occasion to meet also with Europe.
04:32The goal for me is to make the West great again.
04:36And I think we can do it together.
04:38We can.
04:39And we will keep on working on that.
04:43I'm going to close.
04:44I want to say only I'm proud of sitting here as Prime Minister of Italy that today has a very good situation,
04:54despite the difficulties, a stable country, a reliable country, one million more jobs in the last two years and a half.
05:02Great.
05:03Inflation is going down.
05:05So you forgive me if I promote a bit my country, but you're a businessman and you understand me.
05:11So migration flows going down 60 percent.
05:15So we are trying to do our best, but I think we can do it even better together.
05:19Also in Ukraine, I will close.
05:21Together we've been defending the freedom of Ukraine.
05:23Together we can build just a lasting peace.
05:25We support your efforts, Donald.
05:28Thank you.
05:29Thank you very much.
05:30And I think we're doing well in that effort, but we want to get it done.
05:33And we'll see if we can.
05:35We want to save.
05:36On average, think of it, every week 2,500 people are being killed, mostly soldiers, Russian, Ukrainian soldiers.
05:43And if we can save those lives, that would be a very good thing.
05:47And so we'll see what we can do.
05:48And I think we're getting close, but we'll let you know very soon.
05:52And you've been very helpful.
05:53I appreciate it.
05:54Thank you.
05:55Any questions?
05:56On Russia?
05:57On Russia?
05:58On Russia?
05:59Mr. President.
06:00How much longer does Vladimir Putin have to respond to your ceasefire proposal before
06:06you put secondary tariffs or sanctions on Russia?
06:10We'll see what that will be.
06:12We're going to be hearing from them this week, very shortly, actually.
06:18And we'll see.
06:19But we want it to stop.
06:20We want the death and the killing to stop.
06:23Mr. President, on Jerome Powell, on Jerome Powell, you said that the termination of Jerome Powell
06:28cannot come fast enough.
06:29He says he won't leave, even if you ask him to.
06:32Oh, he'll leave.
06:33If I ask him to, he'll be out of there.
06:35But I don't think he's doing the job.
06:40He's too late, always too late, a little slow, and I'm not happy with him.
06:46I let him know it, and if I want him out, he'll be out of there real fast, believe me.
06:53Yeah, go ahead.
06:54Are you trying to move him on?
06:55Go ahead, please.
06:56Question.
06:57Are you trying to remove him, Mr. President?
06:58Do you have a question?
06:59Do you have a question?
07:00Mr. President, when the Senate judge votes for any kind of case against your administration
07:05of the Constitution, does not tolerate a bill for disobedience of judicial order.
07:09Do you agree with that statement?
07:11Well, you're going to have to speak to the lawyers.
07:12We have great lawyers.
07:14I can tell you this, we're doing a fantastic job of getting criminals out of this country
07:19who Biden allowed into the country.
07:22Hundreds of thousands of criminals, murderers and drug dealers.
07:27And I was elected because of the fact, I would say maybe that was the number one fact
07:32for a lot of reasons, the economy, a lot of things.
07:34But one of the primary reasons I was elected is because I said, I'm going to get the criminals
07:39that he allowed to come into our country so stupidly through open borders.
07:44I'm going to get them out.
07:45And I got a lot of votes, record-setting numbers of votes, as you know.
07:50We won everything.
07:51The popular vote, all seven swing states.
07:54We won everything.
07:55And that's what the public wanted, and that's what I'm doing.
07:59But you'll have to speak to the lawyers because it's up to them.
08:02Say it.
08:03What do you think of the proposal from France and the U.K. of a peace mission in Ukraine
08:09with soldiers?
08:10And do you think that Italy should take part into it?
08:14Well, I think Italy will have to make that determination.
08:17But peace missions are always good with me.
08:19I'm okay with peace missions.
08:21Yeah, please.
08:22Mr. President, can we discuss, what is the cooperation discussed with the Prime Minister?
08:27Is it Italy and the United States and Europe?
08:29And China?
08:31We discussed it very briefly.
08:33No, we're doing very well with negotiations, I think, with all countries.
08:37And Scott could tell you a little bit, but we are doing very well.
08:42We have a lot of countries that want to make a deal.
08:45Frankly, they want to make deals more than I do.
08:47Go ahead, Scott.
08:48Would you say something, please?
08:49Yeah, we've been across this in place.
08:51We're working on the big 15 economies.
08:54First, we had a fantastic meeting with Japan yesterday.
08:58I believe they've been called with the EU already.
09:01And then we have South Korea coming in next week.
09:04And I believe India is also talking.
09:08That's moving very quickly.
09:12Go ahead.
09:14Any great, sir, President Zelensky who says evidence from China is supplying weaponry or ammunition to Russia?
09:22Do you have any evidence on those lines?
09:24And also, he said we could see a minerals deal signed this week.
09:27Well, we have a minerals deal, which I guess is going to be signed on Thursday, Scott, next Thursday.
09:32Soon.
09:33And I assume they're going to live up to the deal.
09:36So we'll see.
09:37But we have a deal on that.
09:39No, I have no comment on that.
09:42I have no idea.
09:43That's his statement, not mine.
09:45And they say the attack is what?
09:55That you waved off an Israeli plan to attack Iranian nuclear facilities.
10:00I wouldn't say waved off.
10:02I'm not in a rush to do it because I think that Iran has a chance to have a great country and to live happily without death.
10:11And I'd like to see that.
10:12That's my first option.
10:15If there's a second option, I think it would be very bad for Iran.
10:20And I think Iran is wanting to talk.
10:24I hope they're wanting to talk.
10:26It's going to be very good for them if they do.
10:28And I'd like to see Iran thrive in the future, do fantastically well.
10:33I know the Iranian people.
10:35They're incredible people.
10:37Always have been very smart, very energetic, very successful people.
10:41And I don't want to do anything that's going to hurt anybody.
10:45I really don't.
10:46But Iran can't have a nuclear weapon.
10:49It's pretty simple.
10:50It's really simple.
10:52We're not looking to take their industry.
10:55We're not looking to take their land.
10:57All we're saying is you can't have a nuclear weapon.
11:01The deal that was made, the deal that was made with Obama, that deal would have expired already.
11:07It was a terrible deal.
11:08It would have expired.
11:10And that gave them a clear path to a nuclear weapon.
11:14I wouldn't have accepted.
11:15That's why I terminated the deal.
11:16Number one, it was way too short.
11:18You know, when countries are involved, you don't make short-term deals.
11:22These are countries with long lives.
11:25And I terminated that.
11:28And it was a great termination because it didn't allow us to do anything.
11:31Once it terminated, you know what the deal was.
11:33It was a terrible deal.
11:34Really.
11:35One of many terrible deals made by the U.S.
11:38But no, I want, I'd like to see Iran thrive.
11:43And they can do that, I think, very easily.
11:46Or they can do it the other way.
11:48And the other way is not going to be good for them.
11:50It's going to be really bad for them.
11:52Well, Jensen's an amazing guy.
12:02He's become a friend of mine.
12:03And, I don't know, he's a person that's very proud of our country.
12:08He loves our country.
12:09I'm not worried about Jensen at all.
12:11Well, I'm not involved in it.
12:23I'm going to respond by saying you'll have to speak to the lawyers, the DOJ.
12:28I've heard many things about him.
12:31And we'll have to find out what the truth is.
12:36But I will say this, you know.
12:38We're, we were inundated by millions of people.
12:42Many millions of people during the Biden administration.
12:44They say 21 million.
12:46And a big percentage of those are criminals, serious criminals.
12:51I'm not saying just criminal because they came into the border illegally.
12:54I'm saying they're criminals at the highest level.
12:58Murderers.
12:59Many of those people murdered more than one person.
13:02And they're on the loose.
13:03And I was elected to get rid of those criminals to get them out of our country.
13:07Or to put them away, but to get them out of our country.
13:11And I don't see how judges can take that authority away from a president.
13:16We've done an amazing job.
13:18Tom Altman.
13:19Kristi Noem.
13:20We have done an amazing job.
13:22Nobody can believe the job we've done.
13:24Far greater than what I said.
13:26I mean, I got elected on that, but we've done much better.
13:28We have, right now, 99% border.
13:31It's a 99%.
13:32Nobody thought that would even be part.
13:34Nobody's coming through our border, practically.
13:37Two weeks ago, we had nine people come through all for medical reasons.
13:41We allowed them.
13:42We brought them through because one had a heart attack.
13:44One had something else.
13:46All for medical reasons.
13:48We have a great border.
13:49We have a great border.
13:50We had a great border four years ago.
13:52But we have a border now that's even tighter.
13:54And we did that in a matter of weeks.
13:57And, you know, we have to...
14:00We need to get murderers and drug dealers and people that were in jail for horrible...
14:07You know, they released jails, Georgia, from all over the world.
14:12We released them, not just South America, all over the world, the Congo and Africa.
14:17Many, many people come from the Congo.
14:19I don't know what that is, but they came from the Congo.
14:22And all over the world, they came in, opened their jails, Venezuela.
14:27Practically all of their prisoners released into our country.
14:30We took them because we had an incompetent administration called the Biden administration.
14:36And to think what they've done to our country.
14:40And I was elected to straighten that out.
14:43And I'm doing that.
14:45But we have activist judges that don't want murderers to be sent out of our country.
14:50They don't want killers and drug dealers and drug lords and people from mental institutions.
14:56They want them to stay in our country, I guess.
14:58I don't know.
14:59Maybe that's the liberal way, or as they call it nowadays, the progressive way.
15:03But I don't think it's the way that our country believes.
15:06And that's why I won in a landslide.
15:08Mr. President, you did say that you were confident these deals will be done.
15:15But you also said that you're a no rush.
15:17Americans are seeing prices rise.
15:18They're seeing it on their bills.
15:20How long can they expect that pain to last?
15:23So they've already seen it get much better.
15:27Because if you were truthful, which you're not.
15:30I know you very well.
15:32You have gasoline.
15:34That hit $1.98 yesterday in a couple of states.
15:38You have gasoline's way down.
15:40The price of oil has dropped substantially.
15:43The price of groceries is substantially down.
15:46The price of eggs.
15:49You know, when I came in, they hit me with eggs.
15:52I just got there.
15:53I was here for one week and they started screaming at me.
15:56Eggs have gone through the roof.
15:57I said, I just got here.
15:58I was there for seven days and I hear that eggs have gone through the roof before I got there.
16:04And they were screaming at me, the press, the fake news, like you.
16:07You're fake.
16:08And the fake news is screaming at me, like, about eggs.
16:12I said, I've only been here.
16:13I just, this is my seventh day.
16:15And they were right.
16:17They went up 87% and you couldn't get them.
16:19They said, you won't have eggs for Easter, which is coming up.
16:22Happy Easter, everybody.
16:23You won't have eggs for Easter.
16:25And we did an unbelievable job.
16:27And now eggs are all over the place and the price went down 92%.
16:32And our commissioner of agriculture, Brooke, has done a fantastic job.
16:39They really have done a fantastic job.
16:41So prices haven't gone up.
16:42The only thing that's gone up, actually, is interest rates.
16:45Because we have a federal reserve chairman that is playing politics.
16:50Somebody that I've never been very fond of, actually.
16:53But he's playing politics.
16:56Interest rates should be down now.
16:58They should be coming down.
17:00In Europe, as you know, they reduced them, I guess, seven times.
17:04It looks like they're going to reduce them again and again and again.
17:07But our guy wants to play cute.
17:09But interest rates are pretty much even.
17:13Maybe they went up just a slight bit, but that's the only thing.
17:16But that's because of the federal reserve, because they're not very smart people.
17:21Do you regret nominating him?
17:22Do you regret nominating him?
17:23Do you regret nominating him?
17:24Go ahead.
17:25Yes, sir.
17:26Please.
17:27Go ahead.
17:28Please.
17:29Do you regret nominating him?
17:30Look, in the first four years, we had the greatest economy in the history of our country.
17:36The stock market went up 88 points.
17:38I think he's terrible, but I can't complain, because we had the most successful administration
17:44economically in the history of our country.
17:47I think we're going to do even better this time, because you will see that the numbers
17:52that we're taking in are astronomical.
17:54We're taking in tremendous amounts of money with the tariffs.
17:57We were treated very unfairly on trade.
18:00And countries are having a hard time getting used to the fact that they can't do that to
18:05anymore, because we have a real president.
18:07We have a president that understands what it's all about.
18:11We had presidents that, in some cases, were smart, but they didn't understand business,
18:17or they didn't like business, or, you know, it wasn't like a priority.
18:20And then you had, like, the last administration, the only thing they were good at was cheating
18:25in elections.
18:26That's about all they could do.
18:27They couldn't do anything.
18:28They were useless.
18:29They weren't competent.
18:30Worst administration in the history of our country.
18:32Worse than Jimmy Carter.
18:33Jimmy Carter died a happy man.
18:36You know why?
18:37Because he wasn't the worst president.
18:40Joe Biden was.
18:42So I think you're going to see some fantastic numbers where this all happens.
18:47It's happening now.
18:48I mean, everybody wants to make a deal.
18:50And if they don't want to make a deal, we'll make the deal for them.
18:53Because that's what's going to happen.
18:54We'll just say, this is what it is.
18:56But we want to listen to everybody.
18:57And I think I can say for Scott and the other people that are working on it that we're listening,
19:09and we're going to be very fair to people.
19:11But, you know, we're the one that really sets the deal, and that's what we'll be doing.
19:15Okay.
19:16Go ahead, please.
19:17Please.
19:18A question to our prime minister.
19:19Oh, you have a great prime minister.
19:20You're so lucky.
19:21Yes.
19:22In italiano?
19:23Oh, yes, that's right.
19:24Okay.
19:25I'm not sure they do agree.
19:26President Veroni, would you want to know what you think of the fact that President Trump
19:35has considered the responsibility of Zelensky for the war in Ukraine?
19:38And then, if you have talked about the spending in Italy, what are the maximum limit
19:43that you have said to be able to reach Italy?
19:46We've talked about the maximum limit that you can reach Italy.
19:49We've talked about the fact that Italy is maintaining its its own goals,
19:54which will arrive at the next level of NATO with the 2%,
19:58which was already prevailed, which was already written by the government,
20:01because we're a serious nation, but we haven't talked about how much this percentage is
20:07even if we are aware that the defense is particularly important in this time.
20:13For what about the war in Ukraine, you know what I think?
20:15I think that there is an invasion,
20:20and that the invasion, from that point of view, was Putin and Russia,
20:26but it is not what we say today.
20:28What we say is that we want to work together,
20:31and we are working together to try to reach Ukraine
20:34to a peace that can be right and lasting.
20:37I think these are the efforts that we share our work.
20:42We share our work today.
20:44That sounded absolutely...
20:50That was so beautiful.
20:52What the hell was that?
20:54What did she say, please?
20:56No, I mean, it sounded great.
20:58It was about...
20:59It was beautifully presented,
21:01but maybe I could hear what she said.
21:04Please, go ahead.
21:06Go ahead.
21:07It was about...
21:08Hold it, hold it.
21:10Have some respect, please.
21:11Thank you.
21:12No, no, wait.
21:13Wait.
21:14I want to hear what she said.
21:16Go ahead, please.
21:17Yeah.
21:18President – Prime Minister Maloney was asked whether –
21:21what she thinks about the fact that President Trump
21:24holds Zelensky responsible for the war in Ukraine,
21:29and the Prime Minister Maloney answered,
21:32well, actually, we have – no, and also, if you talked about the military spending,
21:44how – and the raising of the military spending.
21:46Yes.
21:47And the first thing President – Prime Minister Maloney said is that, no, actually,
21:52we didn't talk about the raise of military spending.
21:55Of course, Italy will keep its commitments with 2%, and then we will see, because we are
22:01absolutely aware of the fact that it is very important to...
22:05Well, I will do that.
22:06The defense is very important.
22:07Wait, wait, wait.
22:08I will do that.
22:09They've been asking if we raise – if we decided another defense percentage about the
22:14defense spending.
22:15Right.
22:16NATO.
22:17And I said – yes, NATO.
22:18And I said that Italy is reaching the 2% as it was already decided.
22:24We didn't speak about the specific other percentage, but we are aware of the fact that defense
22:30is important for the future, and we see also the work that we are trying to do at the European
22:37level.
22:38And I don't hold – I don't hold Zelensky responsible, but I'm not exactly thrilled
22:45with the fact that that war started.
22:47That was a war that we would have never started if I were president.
22:51You'd have millions of people living right now that are dead.
22:54You'd have cities that would be open and thriving, and they'd have their beautiful
22:58tariffs – those tariffs are the most beautiful in the world – but they're not with us any
23:02longer.
23:03They're smashed to smithereens laying on the ground in a million pieces.
23:07getting hit by rockets, bombs, and bullets.
23:12And so I'm not happy with him, and I'm not happy with anybody involved.
23:17I think it's a war.
23:18I know it's a war.
23:19It didn't happen for four years.
23:20It was never close to happening.
23:22It was never even a thought.
23:24And I spoke to President Putin about it a lot.
23:26It was the apple of his eye, but there's no way he would have ever gone in if I were
23:30president.
23:31And now I'm trying to get him to stop because, as you know, Russia's a lot bigger.
23:38It's a bigger military force.
23:40And if you're smart, you don't go involved and get involved in wars that – you can blame
23:48the man that was sitting in this seat, Biden.
23:50He didn't know what the hell was going on.
23:52But I can guarantee you that – and everybody agrees to it – if I were president, that
23:57war would have never taken place.
23:58I'm not blaming him.
23:59But what I am saying is that I wouldn't say he's done the greatest job.
24:04Okay?
24:05I'm not a big fan.
24:06I really am – I'm not a big fan.
24:07Go ahead.
24:08Go ahead.
24:09Go ahead.
24:10Go ahead.
24:11Go ahead.
24:12Go ahead.
24:13Go ahead.
24:14Mr. President, are you sure about the definition of the parasite of urine?
24:29Could you say that again that the European are parasites?
24:32He's never said.
24:33Could you say again that the European are parasites?
24:35Have you ever said that the Europeans are parasites?
24:37Yeah.
24:38Have you seen it?
24:39No.
24:40I haven't said it.
24:41I don't even know what you're talking about, actually.
24:44Go ahead, please.
24:45Go ahead.
24:46No, no.
24:47Wait.
24:48Wait.
24:49Next.
24:50Next.
24:51Go.
24:52Thank you.
24:53Prime Minister Milady just said we want to make Europe great again.
24:57And we want to do it together.
24:58Sure, West.
24:59Yeah, I don't know.
25:00Did you – I guess that's what you said.
25:02And Mr. Prime Minister, how are you going to do that?
25:05And are you looking to do it – to counter China?
25:08Who is really trying to gather influence against the United States with the help of Georgia?
25:16I hope that Europe is going to be great again.
25:18Europe has gone through a lot of problems.
25:20And a lot of it's having to do with immigration.
25:23And I'm not a big fan of Europe and what they've done with immigration at all.
25:28And I think they've got to get smart because Europe is being very badly hurt by what they've done with immigration.
25:35Now, I'll say this, that the Prime Minister has taken a very tough stand on immigration.
25:41And I commented to her before.
25:43I said I wish more people would be like you having to do with that subject.
25:47But they're not.
25:49Europe is very important to me.
25:51Europe is very important to the world.
25:53I want Europe to do very well.
25:55I think they have to get a lot smarter on immigration.
25:58But we are beginning doing it.
26:00You've seen – you've all seen how the policies of the European Union in the last, let's say, two and a half years have been changing.
26:08Okay.
26:09At the beginning we were talking only about how we were redistributing illegal migrants coming to Italy.
26:15Now we are talking mainly about how to stop illegal migration, work with the countries of origin and transit, and to return people.
26:24The European Commission just did the new rules about repatriations and things like that.
26:31So things are changing.
26:33Thanks also to the example that Italy brought in lowering the rates of illegal migration.
26:40So they – we are working now together.
26:43So I'm optimistic on that.
26:45Good.
26:46I hope so.
26:47Go ahead, please.
26:49Go ahead.
26:50I'd like to ask – I'd like to ask, President Aboni, if you have discussed the option of starting here with the value on supply communications.
26:59And President Trump, if you want to see the Google company for a company.
27:05The Google what?
27:06The Google company.
27:07What about –
27:08The Google business.
27:09Or is it here or not?
27:10The Google business.
27:11Go ahead, please.
27:12Oh, well, we didn't discuss about Starlink with, we've been discussing about defense space.
27:19We are – we will work together also in the Mars missions.
27:24So there are big, big things to do together, but we didn't discuss it.
27:30no tariffs are making us rich we were losing a lot of money under biden trillions of dollars trillions
27:49on trade and now that's that whole tide has turned we're making a lot of money we're taking
27:56in a lot of money don't forget we're taking in 25 percent on cars 25 percent on steel 25 percent on
28:02aluminum 10 percent baseline we put penalties on china for sending us fentanyl we put penalties on
28:10mexico and canada 25 percent for for allowing fentanyl and allowing the borders to be weak
28:19now we're taking in billions and billions of dollars while i sit here and talk to you
28:25and we didn't do we didn't take in anything before other than the tariffs that i put on previous to
28:31biden which were the tariffs i put on china where we took in up until this point probably 700 billion
28:37dollars they would trump tariffs he tried to weaken them he did everything he could you know he got
28:43paid money by china right the family got paid money he did and uh so i don't know maybe that was the
28:50reason or maybe it wasn't but he tried to weaken them but he couldn't because it was so much money
28:55that his budgets you know they couldn't stand not doing it but i took in in the up till this point
29:04my tariffs on china nobody ever took in 10 cents from china no other president took in 10 cents i took
29:10in more than 700 billion dollars from china so we're uh we're doing very well i mean our country's doing
29:18very well they had a bad report today from one of the uh health care companies that had an impact
29:25on the stock market but this is about that this is really we're building a base we're building a
29:30country like no other and again i had the i had the strongest economy in the history of our country by
29:35far history of any country probably but the history of our country in four years
29:40and i think this has a chance to be much better
29:43i don't know exactly i'm going to leave that to scott what do you think where would it be signed and
29:57we're still working on the details we're shooting for around april 26th is there any more detail that
30:03you could tell us about what's in that deal and how it came together it's substantially what we
30:09agreed on previously but the president was here we had a memorandum of understanding we went straight
30:16into the big deal and the uh i think it's an 80-page agreement and that's what will be signed
30:21well i think he should do the rate cuts because i think uh if europe has done it it puts us at a
30:41disadvantage to europe i mean he plays right into their hands so i think he should do the rate cuts
30:46we don't have really inflation now i just said the major things are going down oil is great oil is way
30:54ahead of schedule and that's because of our policies but oil is down into the uh sixty dollar
31:00sixty five dollar range now per barrel uh and i told you in certain states we have less than two
31:07dollars for gasoline and uh food is down groceries as we call it are down uh other than interest rates
31:17everything's down interest rates are pretty flat they're not it's not that they're up but we should
31:22be better than flat we should if he would lower the interest rate i think would have a good impact
31:27on that too but the costs are down we have very little inflation i would say we have essentially no
31:33inflation hard to have inflation when oil goes down and oil goes down when when uh biden came in
31:39oil went through the roof that's what caused our problem that and is very dumb spending but uh when
31:46the oil prices go down and they have gone down a lot we've gotten it down really good we've opened
31:51it up and we've gotten them down and that means that uh people driving cars are going to be paying two
31:57dollars and two dollars and fifty cents instead of four dollars and fifty cents and you know even at
32:02the end they tried they tried just for the purpose of the election to get it down but they had really
32:08lost that sucker that was really it was not good but uh if they had won oil right now would be at seven
32:16or eight dollars because of their policy and we're going to be at about two dollars could be even a little
32:23bit less than that and you're starting to see it so i don't know how you can have inflation when oil is
32:28has come down quite a bit and and uh i would say the fed really owes it to the american people to get
32:36interest rates down that's the only thing he's good for and he would have an effect on that if he if he
32:42if he lowered them and i think at some point he will he's going to have a lot of political pressure
32:47you know they are uh political also and i think there's a lot of political pressure for him to
32:53lower interest rates okay
32:54yeah go ahead sorry please
33:00only if the prime minister remains the prime minister can it be our best she's doing no she's
33:14doing a great job and yeah certainly one of our great allies not just in europe anywhere she's a
33:21fantastic person and doing a great job and our relationship is is great and we have a lot of
33:28italians in this country i tell you and they like trump and they voted for trump thank you very much
33:35everybody
33:44thank you
33:50Grazie per la visione!
