00:00So, Jono, there we are, Donald Trump, but he called out Zelensky's so-called incompetence.
00:07What do you make of that?
00:08So, I guess the question is, did he or did he call the previous administration incompetent
00:13and then, as a result, just say that Zelensky was part of the problem with that?
00:17And that's the first time I've heard the headline being referred to correctly
00:19because the entire narrative all day has been that Trump has said that Zelensky started the war,
00:24which, of course, once we've heard there, that's not what he said.
00:27What he said is that Biden was in charge, he should have stopped it, Zelensky should have known better,
00:32and that Putin shouldn't have started in the first place.
00:34So, it's actually quite the opposite is what was said by Trump.
00:37Did he say he was incompetent? No.
00:39What he said was that he went to a sword fight with spoons, loosely giving you the quotation of what he said.
00:45So, he didn't say that he was incompetent, he just said he took on, he bit off more than he could chew,
00:49which I don't think there's anyone who would sit down and say that that's not entirely correct.
00:52The arsenal and the weapon weaponry that they have in Ukraine does not match close to the powerhouse that is Russia.
01:00I think what he said was being cautious to say, I don't want to upset Putin,
01:04so I'll put everybody into the same thing and say it was Biden's fault, along with Zelensky, along with Putin.
01:09You guys are all to blame.
01:10So, I don't think he necessarily called him incompetent.
01:12I think he questioned the ethics behind the start of the war.
01:14Mm-hmm.
