00:00In the meantime, the Department of Social Welfare and Development, or DSWD, is stepping up efforts to uplift the quality of life of Filipinos on reducing poverty and hunger across the country.
00:10To support the most vulnerable sectors, the agency is studying a possible increase in cash grants given to four-piece beneficiaries
00:17and will continue providing financial aid to nearly four million families under the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program, or four-piece.
00:25The DSWD reported that some 700,000 former four-piece beneficiaries have already been delisted after showing improved living conditions.
00:35The agency is also helping former four-piece beneficiaries transition into the workforce through the Bagong Pilipina Serbicho Fair,
