00:00:03They had been sleeping and staying at the school this whole time,

00:00:05so they had no clue what was going on at the castles or the main cities.

00:00:09Not only that, but this was the first time they had heard of something like this happening.

00:00:12When Silver had delivered the news, they didn't quite realize how quickly things would move.

00:00:17Students were asked to grab their things and return now.

00:00:19There were no more lessons, no finale lesson for the day, just to grab TH.

00:00:23EIR items and head home.

00:00:25Which only made the students wonder even more what was happening.

00:00:31Amy said as she gave a big hug and started to rush off.

00:00:34Now Layla, CIA, Vorden and Logan had reunited on the field,

00:00:38as they stood there still unsure with what to do.

00:00:40After all, none of them had a home to go back to.

00:00:43However, CIA didn't care and quickly embraced Layla with a big hug.

00:00:47As the two of their bodies touched,

00:00:49Layla could feel strong negative emotions that weren't felt before surrounding CIA.

00:01:36Apparently, there was an intruder in the 13th castle.

00:01:39This was where my brother and the white were being held.

00:01:42The intruder has managed to take the white with him

00:01:43and has headed to the 10th castle area.

00:01:46Silver decided it was best to keep the fact that the savior was a punisher.

00:01:50She was unsure if the matters were related or not,

00:01:52but it was the only thing she could think of.

00:01:54No one else would want to save the white other than these in front of her.

00:01:57The message had been delivered,

00:01:59and Silver started to head back to school without saying anything else.

00:02:06and they're at the 10th castle.

00:02:13A small little boy shouted as he waved his arm and rushed over.

00:02:30As both Quinn and Peter exited from the tunnel,

00:03:32as well as the AI stating it would explain more once they reached the castle.

00:03:35Quinn didn't really feel like he had a choice.

00:03:38At least he knew one thing, the AI system did care for his safety.

00:03:41Meeting the last vampire leader, Quinn felt and knew he had no chance,

00:03:45and apparently, there were 12 more of them.

00:03:47IT was clear as day that the AI was right that Quinn wouldn't be strong enough.

00:03:51Without extra help, it would be impossible to save Fex,

00:03:54and maybe this is what he needed.

00:03:55Walking outside with Peter, the two of them looked at their surroundings,

00:03:58there was a lot more open space compared to the outer city as they approached the outer castle living areas.

00:04:03The houses were more grand in size, and they looked fairly well made.

00:04:07However, there was something off about them all,

00:04:09and the few people they would see on the street from time to time.

00:04:11The whole atmosphere felt dead.

00:04:13It was starting to feel a bit depressing,

00:04:14and although the houses were grand, they didn't look to be kept maintained.

00:04:17At first, the system was going to warn them,

00:04:19tell the two of them to keep away from the sight of others in the street.

00:04:22Usually, the inner area was reserved for only those close to the family,

00:04:25so they would all know each other,

00:04:26but when the system even saw kids and vampires of the regular class roaming about in the area,

00:04:31he felt less cautious.

00:07:34circle starting the unlocking mechanism.

00:07:37The door circles then started to move in place before slightly lighting up,

00:07:40and finally, the doors opened wide revealing a dark black space.

00:07:43Taking a single step in, suddenly, lights and torches started to light up the entire

00:07:47castle inside and outside, and at the very top blue, like Crystal Point also appeared.

00:07:52These lights could be seen from every castle, the leaders, the people within the Tenth City

00:07:56themselves, as well as all of the vampires who were living outside of the castle area.

00:08:01They started to whisper and gasp as they pointed at the tower in front of them.

00:08:04What's going on with the Tenth Castle?

00:08:06Timmy said,

00:08:07The group looking towards the castle had a feeling that perhaps this all had something

00:08:10to do with Quinn and they weren't wrong.

00:08:12The Tenth Leader has returned to their castle.

00:08:14A new territory has been granted.

00:08:16New skills.

00:08:19Error.

00:08:19After a few seconds, though, the light started to dim in and out as if it was reacting to

00:08:22the system messages that had appeared.

00:08:24Something was clearly wrong, not just with the system, but the castle as well.

00:08:28Eventually, the dimming in and out had stopped, and all of the lights had turned off at

00:08:31the same time.

00:08:33The quest to become a vampire leader is yet to be completed.

00:08:36All skills and territories related to the Tenth will be locked.

00:08:39Reading the messages, Quinn was trying to get an idea of what was happening.

00:08:42Still, for a brief second, all of the castles and the surrounding people had seen the castle

00:08:46light up once again.

00:08:48Something that hadn't happened in around a hundred years or so.

00:08:51It was a sign to them all.

00:08:52Not too far away from a castle.

00:08:54In quite a luxurious house.

00:08:56This fact also wasn't missed by a man.

00:08:58He stared outside with his eyes winded looking at the tower, light up, and quickly fall.

00:09:02The Tenth Leader has returned.

00:09:03You're finally back, sir.

00:09:05The man said as his eyes started to water up.

00:09:08Chapter 444.

00:09:10The Tenth's Name.

00:09:11For a brief moment, both Quinn and Peter froze in place as they waited for the lights

00:09:15to go out.

00:09:16They were unsure of what had just happened.

00:09:18Even Quinn could only assume the system and the castle itself were all connected somehow.

00:09:22What was all of that?

00:09:23Peter asked, Did I have no idea?

00:09:25Quinn replied, Did I T seemed like the AI system had no clue either.

00:09:28With Quinn pressuring him with what was going on, the system could only answer a few simple

00:09:33questions that he had.

00:09:34This might not be a good thing.

00:09:36The system replied, I did not expect this.

00:09:39When a leader has relinquished his seat, or has been put into internal sleep, the castle

00:09:43will go off as well.

00:09:44The leader and the castle are linked.

00:09:46If Quinn really was now the Tenth Leader, then this would explain the first set of messages

00:09:50Quinn had received before the error messages had appeared.

00:09:53The lights having reappeared means that the leader has returned.

00:09:56The link between the new leader and castle would be set.

00:09:59As you are not yet a vampire lord, I didn't expect this to happen.

00:10:05Inu and the castle tried to activate, yet failed due to some reason.

00:10:08There was also another theory the system had, but he chose to not elaborate on that as it

00:10:12was a complete guess on his part.

00:10:14Quinn thought about what the system said, and the second message he had received matched

00:10:17with his guess.

00:10:18When he became a vampire lord and completed the task of adding ten people to his cursed family,

00:10:22he wondered what would happen if he was to return to the castle.

00:10:25Would he receive a new set of skills, or would it be something else entirely?

00:10:28So where to now?

00:10:30Quinn asked.

00:10:30The room and the whole castle were completely pitch black, but both Peter and Quinn could

00:10:35see clearly due to their special vision.

00:10:37They were in a quite large reception area that had two spiraling staircases in front of

00:10:41them that led up to the second floor.

00:10:43Head to the throne room.

00:10:44Perhaps we can find the person we are looking for there.

00:10:46If not, there might be some other things that we can use.

00:10:49The system replied.

00:10:50Walking forward, the two of them looked at the many objects and architecture.

00:10:54It was a mixture of old and new.

00:10:56Some of the things that were out on display, such as nightly armor, looked to be before

00:10:59Quinn's time.

00:11:00While there were certain high-tech objects lying around, trinkets of sorts that Quinn had

00:11:04never seen before that looked to belong in the century.

00:11:07Instead of heading straight up to the second floor, Quinn was a bit interested in exploring

00:11:10the items that were on display on the first floor, and so was Peter.

00:11:13All of the objects reminded him of Logan's room.

00:11:15Quinn had approached a glass cabinet, and behind it was a strange glove-like creation.

00:11:21It had indents in between the knuckle areas, and out from them were three blades.

00:11:24What a strange design, Quinn thought.

00:11:27You mean you haven't heard of him?

00:11:28The system replied.

00:11:29When I was alive, there were many movies and such created based on this character.

00:11:33Therefore, I decided to create a weapon based on it.

00:11:36You can't say hey.

00:11:37Quinn replied.

00:11:38But you created this?

00:11:40I thought you were just a vampire leader.

00:11:41I was a researcher and inventor.

00:11:44The AI replied.

00:11:46Although most of my creations weren't on the technological side, it was far too complicated.

00:11:51I mostly dabbled in strange magic and alchemy.

00:11:53I would say you could give the weapon a try for yourself, but unfortunately all these here

00:11:57are replicas.

00:11:58The real ones are stored in a different place.

00:12:00Looking at the item, Quinn was about to use his inspect skill.

00:12:03Perhaps it would give him more information on the tenth leader.

00:12:06So far it sounded like he was the mad scientist type, but there was one thing he didn't even

00:12:10know about him, and that was his real name.

00:12:12However, just as he was about to use his inspect skill, the sound of the door unlocking behind

00:12:16them was heard once again.

00:12:18After entering the castle, the door had sealed itself up behind them.

00:13:01A loud, deep, booming voice said.

00:13:03Both Peter and Quinn tried to look around to see if they could see anything, but they

00:13:07couldn't locate an exact position.

00:13:08The fog that had entered seemed to have created a complete mist in the whole room.

00:13:13Surrounding them completely, they were now even unable to see the walls or staircases

00:13:17they could see earlier, and at best could see each other as they stood near.

00:13:20This is the tenth's domain.

00:13:22Tell me who sent you here.

00:13:23If you have no reason to be here, then leave.

00:13:26The voice shouted.

00:13:27A part of the fog in front of Quinn, and Peter started to form a certain shape as it swirled

00:13:31around.

00:13:32When it finished, the fog had created a fairly large head that looked like an old man with

00:13:36a beard as large as the head part.

00:13:38Answer me.

00:13:39The fog's head shouted.

00:13:40With its lips and head moving as if it was alive.

00:13:43Seeing this, Peter did what he thought was best, and threw out a fist at the fog head

00:13:47using all his strength.

00:13:48Shut up.

00:13:50Peter, wait.

00:13:51Quinn shouted, but it was too late.

00:13:53Ever since changing to a white, he had always been a little more hot-headed than before.

00:13:57His fist had hit the fog head, causing it to split apart, and the smoke had dispersed.

00:14:29Another punch was thrown at him, hitting him in the head again.

00:14:32Seeing this, Quinn also rushed forward, unsure of where to attack, but knew if something was

00:14:37hitting Peter, then he should have been able to hit it as well.

00:14:40Throwing out punches of his own, though at where Peter was getting his from, the same

00:14:43thing would happen, but it was met with nothing but air.

00:14:46Then something was felt on the back of his collar, and it had pulled him down, slamming

00:14:50his body against the floor.

00:14:51Before he could even get up, another fist was felt right in his stomach.

00:14:55Master.

00:14:55Peter shouted, rushing to his aid.

00:14:57Out from the mist a hand had appeared and had slapped Peter right across the face.

00:15:02It wasn't a simple slap for its hit was powerful enough to cause Peter to fall to the ground.

00:15:07You are simply just kids.

00:15:09The voice said, I don't know how you got in, but get out of here now.

00:15:13Quinn could tell there was anger in the man's voice, but he didn't know why.

00:15:16You brats got my hopes up for nothing.

00:15:18The voice continued to say, the punches weren't powerful, but the skills being used were far

00:15:23greater than what Quinn was capable of.

00:15:24After all, Quinn had only learned the basic vampire martial arts from Fex.

00:15:29As for things like the flash step and hammer strike, it was something that the stronger

00:15:33vampires already knew, and Quinn felt like for this one it would be no exception.

00:15:37Shadow boy, wait, Quinn.

00:15:39The system shouted, interrupting him before he could cast a skill.

00:15:46While the system was busy explaining, both Quinn and Peter were continually getting beaten.

00:16:15This time the attack had drawn out blood, as the attacks were getting harder.

00:16:24Even if you are kids, I shall not go easy on you if you refuse to go.

00:16:28The voice shouted.

00:16:29The mysterious person was getting more frustrated, and both of them could feel his strikes getting

00:16:33heavy and heavier with each blow.

00:16:35The system had told Quinn to simply repeat after him,

00:16:38Halt, vampire knight of the 10th family, Edward Eno.

00:16:41I have been asked to come here, by your past leader Vincent Eno.

00:16:44The new 10th leader has returned.

00:16:46Immediately the punching had stopped, and the mist started to settle down,

00:16:50eventually revealing an old man standing in there looking at the two kids in silence.

00:16:53However, Quinn was equally stunned, for at the time he was repeating the words of the

00:16:57AI system, but now he had processed what he had just said.

00:17:00The 10th leader's family name was Eno.

00:17:03Chapter 445.

00:17:05The new 10th?

00:17:06In a mind of his own, Quinn was busy thinking about what he had just said.

00:17:09The last name was repeatedly playing in his head, as if a record player was stuck.

00:17:13Now, all of the times he had seen the name Eno before were starting to appear in his head,

00:17:18and there was one time in particular he was thinking about.

00:17:21When looking at the teleporter in Logan's room, the system had stated that it was created by

00:17:25the inventor Richard Eno.

00:17:26This name was known far, and wide on Earth.

00:17:29This was because he was a well-known inventor that had created things such as the teleporters

00:17:33as well as how to Inko, or pour it beast crystals into making weapons among other things

00:17:37that improved the daily life on Earth.

00:17:39He was one of the major players in turning the tide of the war.

00:17:41After finding out about the teleporter in Logan's room, and how it was found by his

00:17:45parents, and had been passed down from generation after generation, of course Quinn had his

00:17:49suspicions that there was a possibility that Richard was a vampire, IT was impossible for

00:17:54a regular human to live that long.

00:17:56But when the name was freely spoken, not once did the system nor effects talk, as if they

00:18:00knew the person they were talking about.

00:18:01Quinn had assumed it was an alias.

00:18:03Using the inspect skill on the teleporter, it had come up with the name Richard Eno.

00:18:07Perhaps it really wasn't an alias, but then what relation did it have to the AI's family

00:18:11the 10th?

00:18:12Were they even related at all?

00:18:14Or was it such an ancient name that even the AI and effects didn't know about it?

00:18:17If they were related then once again the system had chosen to hide something great.

00:18:21However, Quinn didn't have much time to think about this, for there was the matter at hand,

00:18:26as an old-looking aged vampire was staring at him with teary eyes, the old man who had gone

00:18:30by the name of Edward was starting to get emotional hearing the name of his leader being spoken.

00:18:34Still, he didn't let it get to him as he quickly wiped away his eyes with the sleeve of a shirt.

00:18:39Inspect.

00:18:40Name.

00:18:41Edward Eno.

00:18:42Ranked Vampire Noble.

00:18:43Former Vampire Knight of the 10th Family.

00:18:45It looked as if Edward was a Vampire Noble, the same evolution as Quinn.

00:18:49However, there was also a bit more information, stating that he used to be a Vampire Knight.

00:18:54The same rank as Silver and Clark.

00:18:56If he was to remember correctly, Vampire Knights were selected by the leaders.

00:19:00They would select the strongest Vampire Nobles to fill this position,
