00:13Melvin Jerusalem successfully retained his WBC World Minimum Weight title
00:18after a dominant performance against Yuday Shidioka in their match-anticipated championship rematch.
00:27Now, another match is in the world.
00:30This time, against Oscar Coliazzo, the fighter who handled Jerusalem a loss back in May of 2023.
00:37In an exclusive interview with BTV Sports Banter, El Gringo and Jerusalem confirmed that the rematch is already in motion,
00:44although final details have yet to be ironed out.
00:47It was Coliazzo himself who called out the 31-year-old Filipino baxter during his post-fight interview.
01:13Jerusalem, who hails from Bukidnon, warmly accepted the challenge, saying he's ready for the rematch.

01:47Jerusalem made it clear that his top priority is defending his WBC belt,
01:52not chasing all the other world titles to become the undisputed champion.

02:06Pero sa apat na yan, ito talaga yung pinakratering belt ko talaga po.
02:09Kaya hindi ko na yun hinahangad na magpuhan ko pa yung dalawa,
02:14pero tidefensahan ko po ito, itong belt na to.
02:18Kasi kung madidefensahan ko ito, parang yung darating na iba at bunos na yun sa akin.
