Cebu's Mark Mahinay shines in athletics events

Cebu’s best Mark Mahinay shines as bright as the scorching sun in Tuguegarao City after notching three gold medals in the athletics events of the 2025 PRISAA National Games at the Cagayan Sports Complex on April 11, 2025. The 23-year-old runner flaunted his endurance after topping the 10,000-meter event to book his third gold, clocking in 32 minutes and 58.1 seconds, out-running teammate Jhan Marc Dizon (33.58.1) and Michael Angelo Urbano of Ilocos (34.22.6).
