Footage taken from Russian and Ukrainian drones appears to show Russian troops executing unarmed POWs in what experts are calling the clearest evidence of war crimes since 2023.

00:00Experts say footage of Russian troops executing captured Ukrainian prisoners of war is the clearest evidence of war crimes since 2023.
00:09They're lined up outside the building. They're briefly searched by several of the Russians.
00:15These Russians then wait for further two more Russian soldiers to join them, at which point they answer something on the radio, perhaps, wait for a moment, and then they begin spraying fire into these soldiers.
00:28The footage comes from two drones, one Russian and one Ukrainian.
00:33It shows Ukrainian soldiers surrendering from a bombed-out house.
00:37Russian troops force them to lie down and then kill them at close range.
