00:00Yeah, so the hopes are to visually bring it up to date whilst honouring the tradition of the building.
00:08So obviously it's been here, we think, from the 1700s at some point.
00:13And it's been done up at some point over the last 30 years, we think, and not touched since, really.
00:20So yeah, it's very tired, but there's going to be a journey where we bring it all up to date,
00:27honouring the past, but also having some contemporary elements in there.
00:31So it should be a really nice space to dwell and have a nice glass of wine and a beer and a craft ale.
