Mananatili sa kustodiya ng Bureau of Immigration ang inarestong Russian vlogger kahit pa payagan ng Korte na makapagpiyansa sa mga hinaharap na reklamo. Ayon pa sa DILG, hindi siya agad ipapa-deport.

01:53He is under court custody of the PNP because of the case,

01:56but under restricted custody of the Bureau of Immigration.

01:59So while there is no hearing,

02:02he is only there with the Bureau of Immigration as an undesirable alien.

02:08The Bureau of Immigration has a law that they can hold any undesirable alien.

02:13The person serving as the cameraman of the Russian vlogger is still looking for him.

02:17He is still undergoing a tactical interrogation so that we can get the identity of his cameraman.
